Tyrice was very informative and took time to explain the services my car needed in detail. He also let me know about previous services I had received that were still under warranty so I could save on future brake pads and rotors. He made me feel comfortable as a female with minimal knowledge on car maintenance.

Cris and Isiah were amazing. Cris hooked me up with free valve stems and rotation for free stayed late just to get me back on the road safe and Isiah came through with the prices great management was short staffed but handled everything smoothly will be coming back for sure definitely recommend

I cannot thank the team at Mavis Tires enough, especially Tyrice, for their incredible kindness and willingness to help me out of a tough situation! I was running dangerously low on gas and discovered that my fuel tank door wouldn't open, no matter what I tried. With only about 10-12 miles left in my tank, I was panicking. Mavis Tires happened to be the closest car-related shop, so I decided to stop by and ask for help. Even though this wasn’t something they usually handle, Tyrice at the front desk didn’t hesitate to step in. He came out to my car, assessed the issue, and had the fuel tank door open in less than two minutes! To my surprise, he didn’t even charge me for his help. It’s so refreshing to know there are still genuinely kind and helpful people like Tyrice out there. Mavis Tires has earned my gratitude and respect, and I’ll definitely be coming back to them in the future. Highly recommend this place for their exceptional customer service!

Real helpful with my Jeep! Came for a flush and they diagnosed my pump as bad. Staff is real cool too. Might come back and buy some tires from them cuz they were so nice and helpful.

AWFUL!!! DO NOT COME HERE. The reviews are clearly fake. I stopped by on Saturday and they told me I needed to replace all of my brake pads and rotors. Took my car to a different shop today just to find out that everything is completely fine. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
