I needed work done on my car really bad , like an emergency and Matt and Erin helped me . I was strapped on cash with everything happening all at once and these wonderful people managed to help me out. I am so extremely and humbled by your caring act and helpfulness. I have been coming to mavis for the last 8 years, but was going to the Johnson ferry location , due to the previous management. This new team here is extremely helpful, considerate and caring and go out of their way to try and help you. I will definitely be coming back to this Mavis. I highly recommend them. Thank you all so much .

They gave me a quote of 2300 for a whole break replacement, other shops not nearly as much. The biggest problem is that they ignored the rust under my car and the leaking components. I would’ve paid 2300 for a car that would start having other expensive problems :(

This place was amazing! I was in the middle of a move and got two nails in my tire! I stopped in and Ant had my tire looked at and fixed within the hour. He was awesome! Will definitely be back again. Thank you guys.

My GO-TO for tires. They get right to it and get you in and out. I don’t ever feel like I’m getting scammed here. I used to go to D.W. Campbells up the street from here and their dishonesty led me here. Love this place!

This location is amazing! I needed 3 new tires and accidentally gave the wrong size. They immediately called me once they looked and repriced everything. It was so quick and was a great price. I will be going back for whatever my car needs next.

I had a great experience with Matt today! I went in explained to him what was going on with my tires he immediately checked it out and assured me that I would be taken care of! One of the things that stood out to me is he was very friendly and personable. During busy holiday times most places are strictly business. But Matt held a conversation with me and was friendly in-spite of how busy it was! Truly made it a great experience. He called everyone by their names and got everyone taken care of. With his exceptional customer service I didn’t even mind the wait! Thank you Matt!

We got 4 new tires from a different location and noticed the vehicle riding funny while on our way to visit family. We stopped by this location to have them check it out, and Matt got us in immediately. Godwin thoroughly inspected it and found that the tires were not balanced at the previous location. They got us right, and now we’re on our way! Great customer service! Highly recommend this location, especially if Matt and Godwin are working!
