Everyone was very nice but they appeared to be very disorganized. I asked for a tire rotation, but it was not performed. They had to take my car back again, delaying me further. I set an appointment at 8 and left at 9:15 for an alignment and tire rotation. My initial impression was off putting when the store manager and two of his techs brought me out to my car and tried to sell me on 4 new tires. Even if I do need new tires, it was a pressure technique that I did not appreciate. After I said no thank you, the store manager proceeded to ask me again. Again, everyone was very nice and they took $20 off of the tire rotation for the inconvenience, but a mixed bag experience. Thus, 3 stars.

Great and fast service! I went in after work because I had a flat tire and was able to put just enough air in to get to Mavis Tire! They don’t hesitate to take a look at my tire and fix it! So grateful to them!

Shady that’s it that’s all . I would hate to bring race into it butttt if someone brakes/rotors are squeaking and you tell them the brakes are good and it could be something else just doesn’t sit right with me. But was ready to test drive it tho. Waste of time .

Best tire, oil change place. Great people: robin, ken, tech...Appointment was easy to make and honored. Oil plus filter was most reasonable. Much less than pull through places. Tire pressure sensor service about half of competitor down street, and about same as Costco who messed up my service. And free air at curb. Real considerate of customer.

Both Robin and Kevin were outstanding and exemplified superior customer service. I went in with a flat tire 2 hours before the snow storm hit and they got me out of the door with a new tire right as the storm lightly started.

Robin went above and beyond to squeeze me in when I needed to get my tire repaired quickly. The shop was clean and organized as well! She is running a great shop. I will definitely come back to this location when I’m in the market for new tires!

Found myself with a flat tire and made it over to Mavis for help. Their customer service, extensive knowledge, and timely servicing had me back on the road in no time! It was by far the easiest and most time efficient flat tire fix I’ve experienced thanks to Kevin and Ken. Thankful they were close by and will be recommending them from here on out!
