Honestly do not come here. Now I'm not saying they don't do good work, but they charge a crazy amount even for a simple oil change. They will charge you the most amount they possibly can. Do yourself a favor and go to Apollon Auto and repair. Much cheaper and budget friendly.

I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking to get new tires. Scott was really helpful going over the different options and gave me a good deal on the price. I had all four tires swapped out in aobut an hour, so it was pretty convient too.

This place is so shady. I rolled up with a flat tire, and a guy directed me to come up to a service bay. I told him I have a flat tire, and he asked me if I want new or used. I asked for a used one, if they have it in good quality. He said they do, for $60. So I walk in and tell the people at the front desk that, and they looked at me like I was insane! “We don’t sell used tires here.” I was baffled. I told them that’s what the guy outside told me, and they said “You misunderstood him. We don’t sell used tires.” So I asked what a new tire would cost: $80 + labor & fees…over $120. Don’t bother coming here, ever. They bait & switch you like it’s nothing, and then try to make you sound like you’re crazy. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

I work across the street from this Mavis location. I needed an oil change and it could not wait. I pulled into their garage at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Tayinah greeted me, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! She was so helpful and pleasant. She went ahead and squeezed me in as the last car for the day. There was another issue with my car that could have turned my oil change into an extreme problem but the mechanics Chin and Derrick took their time to fix the problem safety then performed a successful oil change. This team turned my nightmare into a peace of mind. Thank you all!!

My mom’s tires were low on air so I stopped at Mavis since I have always had positive experiences there. Jordan was the staff member that took care of putting air in the tires for me. After he finished he alerted me that the brakes were very worn and to keep an eye on them. I was not aware and thought it was so nice of him to bring it to my attention. Jordan was very polite and demonstrates his knowledge of car maintenance.

Customer service is top notch! I had a nail in my tire and needed a new tire quick as I was on my way out of town. When this location didn’t have my tire in stock, they found another store that could help and made sure I was taken care of! Highly recommend for all your tire needs!

My car caught a flat .2 miles from Mavis tires and brakes on Cheshire Bridge Road. When I arrived, Eddie was kind enough to assist me even though I showed up at 3:50 PM on a Sunday with a 5PM closing time. He was able to replace the tire and under 45 minutes. I have never been more grateful in a time of need. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car troubles. Thank you, Eddie if you see this, you rock!!!!!!!
