My experience for getting new tires for my car on 2/5 was great at Mavis. The service was done in a quick and timely manner and everyone was friendly. Lynn was helpful with making sure all info was correct and told me about free tire rotation every 5k miles and Donald was efficient in letting me know the stages of the tire installation. I wasn’t kept there longer than needed and wasn’t pressured for other services or to buy anything else.

Fast and convenient service! I needed a tire rotation (FREE!!!!) and an oil change. I made the appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time and there was an option to schedule online, which is so nice. I’ve also had them mount tires on both of my vehicles in the past. Great place

This mavis location is absolutely amazing! I've been going to mavis for years for maintenance on tires and have always had a pleasant experience. But today I had a particularly great experience. My check engine light came on on my car last night and I knew I had a long drive today. So I called first thing in the morning and they got me in immediately and fixed my car up good as new. Everyone I spoke to was super kind and accommodating. 100 % recommended this location!

I recently had brake service done on my SUV and was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the team. Travis and Donald, the managers, made sure the process was streamlined, even though I arrived late in the afternoon and the shop was busy with other work. My mechanic (whose name I didn’t catch) did an excellent job, handling a lot of work with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I went here to get my car's tires balanced and overall, the service here is very good. The price was reasonable and they completed it way faster than I expected. More details below ⬇️ Customer service: Everyone I interacted with was kind and understanding. In the middle of the procedure they notified me that my tire treads were pretty low; even though I declined, they made sure I knew the severity of the situation without being annoyingly pushy. Price: While I don't have a comparison to other companies, I was very delighted at my total. The total for 4 tires on a '05 Ford Focus to be balanced was about $65. Time: The time estimate I was given was 30-45 minutes. While I didn't time it, it seemed to have taken around 35-40 minutes which again I was very delighted at. I definitely recommend Mavis to anyone in need of a tire balance. Thanks again for the help yall!

I came in first thing on a busy morning at the shop. I was in need of a tire repair as mine had gone flat overnight. Everyone here was wonderful and they were able to get me back on the road in just 30 minutes. I’ve always chosen Mavis as my go to chain shop and this location did not disappoint. First time customer at this location and will definitely be back!

I recently got tires from Mavis Discount Tire in Phillipsburg, NJ, and I was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions about the tires. They also installed the tires quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for new tires.

Made an appointment to come in today to get my flat tire fixed due to a nail they barely looked at it for a minute and said it can’t be fixed or patched id have to buy a new tire went to Firestone and they was able to fix it for me
