I have taken five different vehicles to Maurice over the course of twelve years, from when I was a broke college student to now when I’m more well established. I do not take my cars elsewhere. I have always been given honest and fair service. Never had any complaints with the work performed. Honesty is the most important quality in a mechanic, followed closely by know-how. Maurice and his team have both. If you’re in the area I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Maurice and his team were transparent, honest, and highly effective. I believed I was going to be without my vehicle for at least three days, however the vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in less than 24 hours, and a highly competitive price. Updates and communication occurred throughout the entire process. I will continue to refer people to this shop without hesitation.

I came in for a used vehicle pre-purchase inspection. Maurice was great! He got me in right away, showed me everything as he inspected the vehicle, taught me a few things to look for in the future, and found a few issues that could have turned into costly repairs. All while showing care and presence during our interaction. I live a few cities away from this shop but I definitely plan to come back for my maintenance and repair needs.

Maurice got our power steering leak diagnosed to the hose and fixed quick and was able to work around our schedule to so that we could swap out our equipment to a rental for a day. Definitely recommend you give his team a chance.

I am extraordinarily grateful to Maurice's High Tech Auto... I rolled up without an appointment (my mistake!) desperate to get my side view mirror fixed. Despite my faux pas, they slid me in and managed to source a used mirror for my Trax so I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. I will definitely be back next time I need help with my car, though next time I will make sure to call first! THANK YOU!!!!

Maurice and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the oil pan on my Jetta. When I called him in a frazzled state, his advice to tow my car saved me a significant amount in repair expenses alone. Maurice’s professionalism and dedication were evident as he answered my call 30 minutes before his business hours, sourced factory parts for my car, and returned it to me within 2-3 days. I highly recommend Maurice's shop. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced and Maurice quoted a great price and offered even better service. While my car was being worked on, Maurice allowed me to access the WIFI to continue my workday. The lobby was quiet and clean allowing me to take several calls in peace. I will come back again for any of my auto repair needs.

I needed my side mirror replaced on my Hyundai. $300 dollars later, it was replaced with the wrong mirror (no Blind Spot Protection). I told Maurice I was unhappy and brought my vehicle back and I explicitly asked that he call me if there are any issues getting the correct mirror. He once again replaced it with the wrong mirror (wrong color) and did not call me either time to tell me that they didn’t have the correct mirror in stock, just went ahead and installed the incorrect mirror. Once I expressed my dissatisfaction, Maurice was willing to do what was needed to fix the issue. To clarify: very good customer service, but I was unhappy with lack of communication.

I was charged $300 to change the battery in a 10+ year old Honda Civic (12V Gold Battery). Not really sure how he does his pricing, but I'm sure being a woman factored into my total costs. I frankly could have and should have just changed the battery myself. Perhaps, if I need boutique car fixes I would be back but as of now, he costs more than the dealership and I'll never be back.

Maurice does an amazing job...my key fob broke off in my ignition. He was very detailed with explaining to me the process of a Volvo and he had to take the entire dash board apart to get the broken key fob out of the ignition. There was not a locksmith in sight to do this job on a Volvo. I value him and his great customer service. Thank you so much...great place to take your vehicle. HICKS
