I heard a very minor squeaking in my brakes and wanted to get it checked out. First, I went to a different mechanic shop That is just a few blocks away from Matrix. I was quoted over $1000 for labor and parts to replace my front and back brakes, along with new rotors and some other work that they said I “needed”. After talking to a close friend who also owns a mechanic shop, he let me know that this seemed really off and suggested I get another opinion. Fast-forward to a week later, I take my car to Matrix. They take a look at everything and let me know that my brakes look fine, and that the pads look “close to new.” They topped off my brake fluid as well and I was only charged $35 for the inspection. To say this place does honest work would be an understatement! They are kind, helpful, and act with integrity. I am so glad I decided to get a second opinion. It saved me a literal thousand. I will 100% be coming here in the future.

They are the best in town!!! I came in for brake pads they charged me 141$ which is a very good price labor included. somewhere else they charge 250$ for only trimming the disc which is CRAZY. GUYS DONT THINK TWICE GO TO THIS PLACE!! The management and technicians are very down to earth and provide perfect service.

Cannot stop praising this place for their AMAZING service. Very affordable too, went from a $560 quote somewhere else (cough cough Nubrakes) and only paid $308 here for new rotors and brake pads (labor included, of course). Called this morning at 11 AM and the lady gave me a free quote and an estimate on total time of labor. Was done with everything by 1 PM. Owners were very sweet, se habla Español!

Customer service was excellent. Cudos to Minerva. The whole experience was positive. They diagnosed the issue effectively and efficiently. Turn-around time was less than a week.

I've been bringing my car's here for 7 years and never had a problem with any of the work and their very responsible on pricing never payed to much for the job very fast service. I highly recommend this shop for any of your mechanic work.
