I had a tire puncture near Hardin Valley school. Pulled in to Matlock almost at closing time and they immediately took the vehicle in and fixed the tire! The staff was very courteous and good! If I have any thing that needs to be worked on the vehicle, whether mechanical or tires, I will contact Matlock! (I had my grandson with me and I told him after this experience there are good people in the world and Matlock tire is one them!)

We have been going to Matlock Tires for maybe 40 years. They were on the corner of Lovell Road and Kingston Pike at the time. They have always treated us well and have always done a great job. That is the only place that we have bought new tires.

Went in a few days ago to fix a vibration issue on my truck. Got my tires aligned and balanced. Ultimately the vibration persisted. When I called them back and told them the issue was still there, they offered to take another look right away. Turns out one of the weights from the previous balance fell off after I left the shop which resulted in the vibration issue remaining. When I called, they fit me in the same day and rebalanced my tires free of charge and made sure to leave the weights extra secure, no more vibrations! Very friendly and efficient staff. If I had any other issues, I would definitely return to them.

I had a tire issue late afternoon when schedule to be leaving to go out of town. Matlock found the tires I needed and within a couple hours had them delivered. Then, knowing the urgency of my situation, even though it was near the end of the day, they called and ask if I would like the tires put on right away instead of the next morning. I jumped in my car and got over to Matlock's Hardin Valley shop and in 45 minutes new tires were out on and balance and I was out the door. That is coming above and beyond in my book and I really appreciate their effort.

They are the nicest people ever. My girlfriend had a flat tire and she called them to see if she can come in for them to check and they offered a free inspection and repaired her flat tire for free. They were very fast, and the friendlies people. Going forward they will have my, my girlfriends, also my family’s business.

I can’t recommend Matlock enough. Scott took great care of me and even helped me out with a loaner since my car had to be in the shop for several days. They kept me updated throughout the repair and were upfront about everything that needed to be fixed!

I took my 1995 ford f150 in because I had lost power and oil pressure. They fixed my truck in a timely fashion and it runs and sounds better than it ever has since I bought it in 2012. Thank you Matlock!

Called MATLOCK with a slow leak and couldn’t find the reason. They set me up same day, found the tiny nail hidden in the tread, patched and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes! Awesome service guys! Thank you!

Went for an alignment and oil change. They worked quickly. Were honest about not needing an alignment and gave me an estimate for the work I did need. They were dry kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend and will be having future work done with them.

As a small-business owner, one of our fleet vehicles got a flat on its way to our first job. I was panicked thinking of my days schedule falling apart but then we pulled into Matlock.
