Alex did a very thorough job finding a hard to diagnose problem with the A/C system on our 2011 Acura RDX, showed us the problem parts after a complete cleaning and rebuild. Very happy with both his personal touch and knowledge. We will use Master Touch again!

Great mechanic, the AC on my car hasn’t been working I took my car to 5 different shops and nothing was fix just pay service, with master touch, they fix the problem in 2 days never been happier, AC works like new.

I had a good experience with my car mechanic! I called on a Friday and got appointment for Monday. They did the job fast and delivered right on time as promised. These guys make sure that customer is satisfied—they took the time to explain everything about the parts they were working on and even went on a test drive with me. Plus, their prices were cheaper than nearby mechanics, and they were able to fix my car brakes which previous mechanic messed up. Overall, I'm happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

My family and I have been taking our cars to Master's Touch for years now, Alex and his team are excellent mechanics! They figured out my overheating issue no problem and charged a very reasonable price compared to other mechanics around town.

Had to get a new engine on a 2007 Ford f150. They worked with us on pricing and we're very helpful whenever I had any questions. It's nice to know there are still some mechanics out there that will work with you.

I took my van in because the fan was no longer working to defrost or heat. They quickly got me in. They called with the estimate and with no pressure, shared about another issue my van was dealing with (power steering) and told me how much it would cost to fix that issue. I talked to my husband and decided to have both things fixed and they did it and returned my van. All this was same day! This was such a positive experience. I highly recommend.

They replaced an engine, and did a great job. Beware on the reviews, this is a newer owner, and they are great mechanics. Just check the dates.

Took in my Cadillac Escalade for some repairs needed on my engine, water pump, service traction control issues. They took out the original engine and did not repair it correctly and put in the incorrect engine. This made my car begin to make strange sounds when turning on the car. Along with this, they said they would replace my water pump and after finally throwing in the towel and going to another mechanic they let me know that the water pump was actually never replaced even though I paid them. They charged me for brand new parts but every part they "fixed" and replaced was actually used. My car was in and out of this place frequently for a year for breaking down and things it wasnt doing before I even brought it here. They essentially ruined my car and now wont even return my calls. If i could rate this place a zero, I definitely would. 0/5! Save your cars and go somewhere else!

I recently took my car in to them for a starter/ignition problem and to get my oil changed based on a recommendation from my dad. They were very friendly through the whole experience and I felt like I could trust them right from the start. On the first visit they went over what they would do to diagnose the problem, what was possibly going on, and some possible fixes for the potential problems. During their work they also identified a couple other issues that they notified me of and, after replacing the ignition for the original problem and doing the oil change (which they gave me a discount on), they also changed a damaged belt for free. Overall I had a great experience, and would recommend them to others. I would keep in mind that it might take them longer than you’d think to work on your car because they are very busy and that you may have to contact them regularly to get updates on when they’ll be done.

NO visiten este lugar para sus necesidades automovilísticas. El dueño no es profesional, es irresponsable, ilógico, y demasiado mal educado. No respeta a sus clientes y además les grita. Toma ventaja de su propia clientela Hispana en vez de ayudar ala comunidad. Guarde su tiempo y su dinero y valla a otro lugar ahórrese corajes, dolores de cabeza y mal tratos. Y por último, NO Siguen las reglas de salud y la seguridad de nadie! Hay una pandemia y el personal y el Dueño tienen el gran descaro de no usar máscara. DO NOT visit this place for your car needs! They’re unprofessional, irresponsible, RUDE, and take advantage of their own Hispanic community instead of assisting them. They also do not follow the safety regulations and guidelines for the current pandemic, meaning they don’t wear masks! AT ALL!

Masters Touch is under new Management, miss Doug so much. He was so honest, unlike the current owners. Overcharged on a front end brake job, UP SELL. is their main objective, they TRIED for 2500.00 after their long list of what was wrong, among them was an oil change, ha, all they need to do is look at the windshield sticker and see it was not needed. So do your homework. know your prices, put it in writing what you want done. Better yet. DON'T GO THERE !!!!

Predatory Practices and poor customer service! They replaced my transmission last year in August. One year later it failed due to their incompetence. They assured me that "buying a brand new transmission was the best thing to do", stating a "one hundred mile warranty or 3 years what ever comes first" , but your covered at 100%" for parts and labor i felt secure I trusted them! We paid almost $4,200.00 to the shop because they were doing work on my BMW X3 also! The check engine light came as soon as I began traveling! They new I was moving out of state that week and they took advantage of us. Misrepresenting the quality of their work! There is no reason my transmission should have slipped! They installed it wrong got stuck in neutral the gears never aligned! I had to have it replaced this month but the warranty is not covering the shops failed install at 100% Parts and labor! They misrepresented the warranty so I would buy the transmission then they damaged the brand new transmission with their incompetence by installing it wrong! I spoke with Masters touch front desk this morning and she refuses to put me in touch with the owners. Stated you "can talk to me and we are under new management" I don't need an explanation about incompetence I need reimbursement! We have wasted another $1000.00 on rental cars and transportation and we had to cover the difference in LABOR FEES AFTER ONE YEAR! DO NOT TRUST THEM THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING! REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO THE OWNER. SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND TALKED OVER ME ONCE I SAID I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED SHE HAS NOT RIGHT! THAT IS NOT HER CALL. THIS IS NOT OVER JUST THE BEGINNING. I AM NOT AFRAID TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT OVER THE PRINCIPAL. i THOUGHT YOU ALL SHOULD BE AWARE!
