Came to the shop with my car that had a few rock chips in it. Asking for help the owner and front reciptionist, gratefully told me where to get the paint for my car and asked one of their techs to help me with the rock chips. And all they asked for was a thank you. Very hard to find carrying people in miami. Thank you guys for helping me out! Yall are the best.

Masterclass is amazing. Ronnie and Victoria always provide the absolute best service. I’ve recommended 3 friends and each one has left extremely happy. You won’t find another automotive shop in Miami that not only delivers fantastic service and work, but is also honest and never pushes unnecessary fixes. They’ve done great body work for us (can’t even tell I ran into that cement pole leaving my parking garage 😬) and also always make sure our BMW is running great. They work on all cars, but if you have a German or Italian car? Don’t go anywhere else.

MasterClass is the best experience I've ever had with an automotive repair shop. We just had some expensive routine/preventative maintenance done on our Audi that would have easily cost a third more at the dealer, in fact Audi dealers would do well by taking a course from MasterClass on how to do service. MasterClass has trained European car mechanics and when they tell you there is needed work beyond why you brought the car in in the first place, they back it up with photos and an honest opinion whether it can wait and for how long, or whether it needs attention immediately. I can't say enough good about MasterClass and especially Victoria, their customer service representative. She's caring and takes time to explain every detail and she knows how your car works, every detail. She's the best! Highly recommend MasterClass Automotive!

Amazing experience getting my Porsche Cayman serviced. All employees were very professional, polite, and honest. Nothing but great things to say about Victoria as well. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and helped me make the best decision for my car’s service needs. She really made my experience memorable. MasterClass makes the entire process easy as can be with sending you information about every detail that is inspected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service center. Definitely will be back in the future!

I love this garage, they take picture of my cars to show me the results during the period they keep it. They communicate with me every day, everyone know how it's important to have news about our car 😅 very professionnel, good price and incredible service I recommend 100%. It's the best garage I never had!

ANSWER TO MASTER CLASS : The car have all the invoice from official dealer from previous owner ! the car needed to change the lower arms, and the a/c only had a disconnected plug!! In your estimate which I refused: YOU DID NOT "SEEN" that the lower arms were completely worn out (this problem was visible with a simple and elementary visual inspection !! evidently it was not done, because the condition of the lower arms is so obvious, that even a blind person would see it! , and you added that I would have to change the subwoofer, because it was broken 😂😂😂 the car was taken TO A SERIOUS MECHANICAL WITH THIRTY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in the brand!! RESULT SUBWOOFER WORKS PERFECTLY, (it's the amplifier who has a problem), and the LOWER ARMS are completely die , need to be changed !! Unfortunately in your "street" you have found a European collector of exotic cars, with dozens of cars in the USA and Europe, not an inexperienced one, and your bad luck a customer with a lot of visibility and media coverage, therefore this SCAM, will have great visibility, I guarantee it, CONCERNING THE credit CARD, you have send invoices for a supposed job (WHICH HAS NEVER been performed ) ! not seeing that the lower arms were "DEAD" means that you didn't even lift the car, it doesn't take a science! It will be my duty to spread on all the blogs of which I am moderator and participant, related to luxury cars, YOUR TOTAL INCAPACITY AND SCAM! I don't care about money. I care not to be fooled. with people I understand little you can fool them, we don't ————-//// THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ! THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN INSPECTION THEY NEVER DONE! THE CAR HAD LOWER ARMS TO CHANGE, DOOR LOCK TO CHANGE AND AUDIO AND A/C CONTROL UNIT PROBLEMS IN THEIR INSPECTION THEY ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T "FIND" any of these problems, MOST OF THEM WERE PROBLEMS FINDABLE WITH A SIMPLE VISUAL check !! WE ARE CAR COLLECTORS , AND THIS PLACE SELLS SMOKE . the place has a clean image, therefore trust me, in reality it is just air, OUR LAWYER HAS ALREADY in charge for THE PROBLEM, AND SOON MY VIDEO AND 4 OTHER SCUFFED CUSTOMERS WILL BE RELEASED ON YOUTUBE. THEY SEll A LOT OF APPEARANCE, but ZERO SUBSTANCE. WE PERFORMED THE SAME CHECK AT A SERIOUS EXOTIc CAR SHOP AND THEY FOUND ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR ONLY WITH A VISUAL CHECK! MASTER CLASS gave us an estimate, saying that they had to replace electrical components which in reality (after having verified them), are perfectly functional, and do not require a change! ATTENTION ! They are not professional, AND THEY ARE NOT EXPERTS. NO A REAL HIGH LEVEL PLACE !!!! Fake place SOON THE YOUTUBE LINK. Be aware

After moving to Miami from NYC a few years ago, I happened to find Masterclass Automotive and I’m glad I did. The passion Ronald & Francisco have for all vehicles is second to none and it shows in the work. I love the modern approach to diagnosis, repair, etc. The guys are always available for general maintenance, complex mods, body shop, etc. and I know that my high mileage cars will remain on the road without issue. The team is always accommodating and I highly recommend this shop to anyone that truly cares about their ride!

Have used this shop for all repair and improvement necessities for a few years. The Masterclass team is extremely accommodating and offers a great final product within reasonable prices. The fleet of cars lineup they have on a daily basis doing work there speaks for the business itself.

Recently took my car in due to an accident and I had Victoria and Frank help me out. They were lovely to deal with even with the insurance headaches that come with accidents. Even with some setbacks by the insurance, they were able to have my car fixed in no time without compromising the quality of work. Will recommend Masterclass to my friends and family.

Hands-down this is the best automotive facility I have used. The entire team is incredibly courteous and professional, especially Frank. I've use Masterclass for three vehicles and each time the service is impeccable. Responsive, clear, trustworthy and no surprises which is a plus. I came to Masterclass after a string of unsatisfactory experiences with other auto shops. They've been friendly and accommodating each time I come in with a random car issue. Master Class is a class act! A first class operation from top to bottom. I received such excellent service on my vehicle that I’m now ruined to ever go anywhere else. This is a dedicated team of professionals that you can trust. Someone hit my car while it was parked and I needed a collision repair and asked MasterClass to also run a diagnostic and let me know what else needed attention and they found a few things I was aware of and a few things I was not aware of. I am so grateful. They have excellent communication and explain everything well, and they were 100% honest in letting me know what things needed to be done, and other things that were not necessary right now, and things I may need in the future. Their pricing is very fair and they did excellent work. They also finished all of the work quickly. Their communication is excellent. They even gave me follow up instructions (ie, have the brakes checked in six months, keep eye on tire tread, come back if AC stops cooling, etc.). Thank you Ron, Frank, Victoria and team. I’ll be back!

Masterclass is the best auto shop in Miami because they can handle any job large or small to perfection. They have made a sunroof seal in an antique 911 better than new, and they can service all of the most modern luxury cars. Also, the staff is always a pleasure.

This is by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. The attention towards the client, the explanations they give you and informations on top of a very thorough work ethic. I am so glad I discovered this place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable always with the best advices and tips. They always try to accommodate you in order to spare you with any trouble. They take the time to explain everything to you before doing anything to your car. I met with Victoria she is very talented and meets with you always with a joyful attitude! I definitely recommend!
