These guys have been in business for years because of their great work, great prices, great attitude and great owner and crew...All my family and friends go there. Have been going for years. A lot of my co-workers do as well. The 2 or 3 people that have given a negative review have personal issues with themselves.

Took my car a while back n the man decline to work on it cause to his opinion the car wasnt gonna sound as good as he thought. I found this rude. R u here to make bussiness or turn down customers based on YOUR opinion?

This shop is awesome! Genuine, authentic, honest and RESPECTABLE service! I've had several projects that he's worked on and has always done great quality work. He takes his time to work with me and figure out what it'll take to make the job stay right! Ive taken him custom work before that I was skeptical about the outcome due to difficulty and he knocked it out the park and got it done correctly and legally! Definitely top tier kind of guys here. I've been quoted almost twice as much for the same work at a competitors shop. I'll never go anywhere else for exhaust work.

My car needed brakes BAD after a horrible experience at another shop. John was so helpful. Fixed what I needed quickly. Very friendly and family oriented business. Definitely will be going for all my vehicle needs from now on.

Tried taking my car for some work and wouldn't work on it since I put headers and no cats. Didn't even offer to sell me cats or recommend anybody who wants the work.

These guys are great people. I go there for brakes and other repairs. I have recommended them to family and friends, because I trust them. They're humble and honest. The customer service is sincere and in my opinion that's how it should be everywhere.

They are the Best Mechanics in El Paso. John, his brother, and Martin are great people and also great general auto repair men. I taken my cars for struts, shocks, tune ups, power steering, brakes, etc. For 25 plus years, I have visited this shop. I am extremely happy with their very reasonable labor cost and their high knowledge of auto repair. Thanks John and staff

Honest, polite, quick, fairly priced, and, perhaps most importantly, backs up their work. The shop guarantees their work for 2 years (at least they did for my cat), and when I took my truck back to them with CEL a year after they worked on it, they replaced the whole cat just for the cost of labor ($130 for a 4-hour job) with zero attempts of shirking their responsibility. Several of my family members and friends regularly come here as well, and they have had nothing but great things to say. Should the fellas here be unable to assist you, they are great at recommending someone that can; for instance, I just had an electrical short fixed for a fair price by someone recommended by a member of this shop. All in all, if you need help with your environmental system, brakes, or a recommendation for another service, this is the first place you should come to.
