Great service. I usually take my car to the dealership. But the dealer always takes for ever and they are always busy. The techs at master car care are extremely knowledgeable and honest. Only sold me what my car needed and told me everything else was fine. They also told me what needs to be done at certain mileage. I’m pretty picky about where I take my Lexus. You can tell right away these guys know what they are doing. this is my new go to spot for all my vehicles

I took my 2020 vehicle in for an oil change. I normally have the car serviced at the dealership. All routine maintenance as required. I sat wandering what was taking so long and as I went out to check me and the technician locked eyes. Next the manager was bringing me the filter to my air conditioning unit, requesting that it be replaced. Within the next week my car started to not turn on. I’ve had to call for assistance 5 times. Enough is enough its time to take it back to the dealership to see what they did to my vehicle.

So far so good with my first 3 visits no complains till know I am happy with the jobs don to my veicle thanks. I will continue to do business with master car & tire again for shure. Give it a try you will be happy they will take care for your veicle too.

Michael was very accommodating when I bought my car in 1 hour before his shop closed. I got a brake fluid exchange and he did a great job and also gave me a discount!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer for any other services that my Mercedes may need in the future. I recommend this business for friendly customer service and FAIR prices!!!!

They use cheap brake pads and rotors. My brakes are worse now than before I brought my car in. Spent a lot of money and took my car back and Micheal was giving me all the reason why the brakes are vibrating and leave tons of brake dust. Biggest mistake bringing my car here. I will never bring my car to them anymore. They really shouldn't be using a Christian fish on there ad when they are not doing a good job!

Went in with a tire repair, had a nail and a screw. All bays were full but no wait time and repair was $35, very pleased with quickness, friendly and service provided

I'm sorry, I didn't get the help I needed, was given the runaround, and had to return to them four times for a new issue with an oil leak in a different place each time that was not an each before. I felt taken advantage of, unfortunately. 😪

This was my first time coming here and after getting some work done on a vehicle that I just purchased,I would recommend this place.Anthony was the person I talked to and he always called me to give me updates about my vehicle and I like there text-email estimate system but you can always call and talk to them about your repairs before approving them.
