Master Car Care & Collision has truly deserved its excellent reputation in the neighborhood and around the city of Houston. I have come to this establishment three times after we moved to the area, one of which was a routine car maintenance service, and twice for a minor mechanical repair. Their routine maintenance charges are below what the dealership ask for, which is not surprising. What is “above and beyond” good service is the company’s willingness to help with minor repairs for free. Twice now, my engine splash pad has sagged and they clipped it back in place for free while I waited. The shop had a line of cars and I expected to be there longer but I was in and out in 15 minutes! Christian and his work buddy, Alexis (sp?) were wonderful!

Loved this place. Very professional. Did not try to pressure me on anything. Has become my go to place for my car. Highly recommend to everyone. And as a woman I never felt like I was getting taken for a ride or getting fleeced.

The guys at Master Car Care are hospitable. Does a very good job repairing my vehicle. So far I have not had to take my car back for the same job. The same goes for our 2nd vehicle also.

Updated 2025: I was in a minor fender bender and returned to Master Car Care because of the previous excellent customer service. I'm happy to say they are still providing the same level of service! Daniel Reyes (my Estimator and point of contact) was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. When the damage ended up being greater than the initial estimate, they handled everything with my insurance company. It was such an easy, stress-free process for me. And the repair looks flawless. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any of your car repair needs! 2023: I cannot recommend Master Car Care strongly enough. I was in (what I thought) was a minor accident, but the damage was much more significant than initially realized and insurance ended up totaling my car. Daniel "Matthew" Mateus (the Estimator/ Parts Manager helping me) was an absolute delight to work with. He was so informative and helpful every step of the way, truly going above and beyond. Even though Master Car Care ended up making zero dollars because of the change, Matthew made sure I had everything I needed, offered to give his advice on new cars I was looking to purchase, and even rescued a garage door opener I left in the car when the insurance company came to tow it away. I will absolutely be back to Master Car Care for all my future auto needs because of Matthew and the several other employees I interacted with who all treated me so kindly.

After the last fiasco with another vehicle, I have decided to give Master Car Care a second chance to earn my business. They are still the best garage repair facility in Houston.

First time customer. In for a water pump in a 2016 Ford. Everyone at the service counter was friendly and kept me informed of the work being done. It was ready the next day and they even washed and vacuumed the car. They used Motorcraft parts and warranted the work for 3 years/36,000 miles. The quality of the parts is more important to me than saving money up front so I will be coming back.

I’ve used Master Car Care several times in the last three years for service and repairs. Compared to Advantage BMW, the price is similar but the level of service and quick turnaround make them a clear winner. Highly recommend when your dealership maintenance plan ends.

I come here for all my car repairs then are awesome! Arren figured out what was wrong with my car and in a couple hours it was all ready for me to go! They even washed and vacuumed out my car which was such a blessing! Awesome place with a GREAT staff!

Went to Master car care to replace motor mounts. I was trying to get my insurance to cover repairs due an 18wheeler with tire spikes where they ripped snatched passenger wheel with 90% impact. Helfman Dodge sev. dept. did not replace mounts which I had requested. The engine vibration became max at this time so,Helfman refused responsibility & my insurance was in limbo due to mileage of 9,000. Master Care went out their way to contact my insurance where they conceded to cover 30% regardless miles I added after Helfman missed the mark due to cut corners for monetary gain. Thanks you Master Care

The folks at Master Car Care are top notch. Excellent mechanics, good people, and fair prices. They've done service on both of my cars. I almost never leave Google reviews, but decided to after these guys went above and beyond this most recent time. I needed a roof box installed on my car, and they sent a pickup truck to pick up the oversized parts from my place, and they did the install and a complimentary check-up within hours. Excellent service, and glad to have been a repeat customer!
