This auto shop is my only to go place when it comes to any problem my car might have. The two brothers who own the shop are the most polite, welcoming and accommodating mechanics I know. They will go above and beyond to diagnosing the problem, fixing it in a timely manner and making their customers happy. I am one of those customers! Great mechanics and family! These guys are super knowledgeable on my audi and vw and heard them speaking their knowledge about other makes and models when I visit. They way they talk, you can tell they know their shit! Good people and they genuinely try to help others! Excellent prices as well!

I came in the day before Thanksgiving for an oil change. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, all of the employees were so kind and attentive. And the best part? They charged me so much less than what I usually pay AND they fixed the latch on my hood for free. This was my first time here, and I will definitely be back again! I have already told my friends about my experience here! This business is family owned, which shows through how much they actually care about their customers!

I got to know this family owned and operated place through my uncle and dad. I had a lot of issues with my truck, we sat down and discussed a few things.. they are amazing.. very knowledgeable and quick.. They help you priorities important things to fix first, they do the job right from the first time, they make sure your car is up and running before you take it.. they did my tranmission, then front end work with alignment.. next is going to be engine work ( not dire but preventative maintenance) I trust them with all my cars.. next car I'll be bringing my Nissan rogue so they can work on it. If you have an issue with your car, take it to them.. they are the best of the best.. even better than the mechanics at the dealership.. Highly recommended..

6/10/2022 Hi. I'm Rob Leatherwood. I am an old-school hot rodder and more. I have 3 GrandSons and 1 GrandDaughter. I have been around the track a few times. I generally don't post any reviews, good or bad. I just either go back and spend my money there or not. I am endorsing Master Auto Care and Numan (pronounced Newman) Nounou. When you need an automobile repair, you need the following from your mechanic: 1. Honesty. 2. Competence. 3. Professional Work. 4. Respect and Courtesy. 5. Fair Price for Reliable Repairs. I have an older GMC Yukon and an even older Lexus. We have discussed many topics down to details like... "To recalibrate the Lexus zero position on the yaw sensor under the console you have to jumper pin 3 on the top and pin 5 on the bottom of the OBDII with a paper clip and...turn the key on... Etc. In short, Newman knows his stuff. He gets 5 Gold Stars on all 5 of the things you want in an automobile mechanic as listed above. He has proved that to me. He's been wrenching since he was 12 and is passionate about his profession. I know a thing or two about how to work in a shop and manage one. Newman is very methodical, organized and runs a clean shop. This IS what you want. An organized, methodical shop produces the reliable repair you need. Newman is honest and will not recommend repairs you don't need. If he says you need it, you do. If he says do this... Do it. If he says dont do that, don't. Thanks Newman! 11/1/2024 - Added Review of Master Auto Care: Expertly Installed 360 Degree Camera System Numan installed a Vantrue Nexus N5 4-Camera system in my Yukon several months ago and it's working like a champ. He took extra care on best placement for the cameras. This is very important because if cams are not placed perfectly, you won't have maximum coverage. Last week, I had a near-miss incident and had to make an evasive maneuver to avoid a collision. It was inches close to a collision. I went back and reviewed footage of all four cameras. It picked up everything clearly and completely. Had there been a collision, I would have been able to prove it was the other guy's fault as it clearly showed him crossing a solid white line, caught a perfect picture of his face not looking at my vehicle and even an existing dent in his front left fender which is where he would have hit me. Obviously he had made that same mistake before. As such, I had Numan install an identical system in my Lexus today. I hope I never have to use the systems to prove that I was not at fault but I am confident in it working perfectly if I ever need it! Also, by watching the footage, I was able to learn what I can do from now on to not be in that spot again. It's my daily commute route and I have changed my lane habits from what I learned. I highly recommend the camera system above, as recommended by Numan, even though it set me back almost $1000. Considering that my deductible is $1000, if that guy had hit me, and I could not prove it was his fault, I would have to pay that plus all the time, inconvenience, raised insurance rate, etc. I highly recommend getting a camera system installed. High five and thank you Numan!

Reliable and Knowledgeable We were referred by O’Reilly’s for a battery replacement for our F-150 Platinum.
