This place came highly recommended. I read the reviews and I’m so sad for the negative review on the person that didn’t call you guys back on a warranty job 😜Duhhh. And then give a bad review. Childish……. My friend Garry. C recommended me, has a red ford explorer that wouldn’t start for weeks. A friend tried to work on it and it still didn’t start. He had it towed there. Then… jokes on my friend that I’m blasting .. hahaha the automotive place returned his call and said it’s just fine sir. It starts great and they even kept it a day to make sure! They all laughed about it. (It sat in the driveway 3 weeks not starting) Massey automotive disconnected the battery and reconnected it and it still started perfect. Bottom line they spent time on it AND NO CHARGE was given to my friend. That’s LOYALTY!! He’s a senior citizen that has a disability and fixed income. Kudos to Masseys kindness. So it’s Saturday July 2nd 8pm & I left a voicemail to get help with my knock sensor that’s shot, I hope. I purchased the part and hopefully will get to see them this week after the holiday. The price quote of $300 was to much for me from Wheeler so crossing my fingers. I’m giving these guys a shot. I promise if I miss your call I will call back considering you’re working on my car! Thanks guys & ladies at masseys for not charging a senior citizen for you time tinkering with it. Months later it’s running like a top. Thank you, Stacy Naylor

Employees are helpful and honest. Upfront prices and service. Have not had any issues with work, prices, or employees.

Jay is a fantastic mechanic and will always "shoot straight" with you. He is a no bulls*** kind of guy that you can trust hands down. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else!
