Second time here. First was last year with a nail in the tire. Went to 2 other places in Conway who would not fix due to nail being too close to sidewall.... Neither would do plugs. One suggested Martin's, I stopped in and was taken care of right away, plugged tire, still good to this day. Today I stopped in with a screw in tire, checked it right away... Luckily the screw didn't penetrate, no charge, but I did tip the gentleman. I asked if I could make an appointment for an oil change, and they offered to take me right in! Highly recommend Martin's for any of your automotive needs. Fast, Friendly, Professional!

I recently visited “Martin's Tire Sales & Services “to get new tires for my car. While waiting in line to be helped, I experienced blatant racism when a white customer was allowed to cut in front of me simply because of the color of my skin. This discriminatory treatment made me feel disrespected and marginalized. It is unacceptable for any business to condone such behavior. I urge Martins Tire Shop to address and rectify these issues to ensure that all customers are treated with equality and respect.

We had to stop here on our way home from vacation in Myrtle beach, due to an unexpected flat tire on our new car. We had to drive 700 miles back home. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. We had great service, very friendly and very efficient, and priced well ! Thank you so much! We were able to get home safely !

We were traveling from Myrtle Beach back home to Michigan and had a flat tire. We were lucky enough to find Martin’s Tire. Fixed the tire and we were on the way in an hour. Only charged us $25… so many other places would’ve gouged the price seeing an out of state plate. But Martin’s did not. Big thank you from my family. And if you’re in the area and need work I would go there first.

Made an APPOINTMENT for an alignment at 10am. I finally left at 10:20 when the other guy working there said "oh he'll be here in a minute". An appointment is an appointment in good business. Thankfully another place in town was able to get me in. Never again.

Very unprofessional! Owner Thomas is very rude, disrespectful towards women, they do not stand behind their work, when brought to their attention to kick you out after calling you names!
