I needed my ball bearings replaced and I had to leave my car there to get worked on. When I returned it still wasn't fixed, I had to drive it up to another mechanic shop. Mind you I still paid $325 for work they did. Midas showed me the damage that was done with a blunt object and scratch marks on the old bearings. They tried to install manually (literally). I had to pay Midas to fix the damage and install new items. I think they did this to me because I went alone and don't know much about cars and they can probably tell. Do not go there. One of the mechanics said his name was Tyger.

I purchased a used tire a week ago. The tire is apparently bad . A slow leak based on what another auto shop informed me . They also stated I’m not the first person to come get air in a tire that was purchased at this shop… seems their tires are not good and I paid 90$ for a used tire that didn’t last a week.

Went in to swap a wheel now sensor shows 0 air in tire after paying $35 just to swap my wheel out now I have to shell out more cash to get a tire shop that isn’t this one to check what Martinez Tire Shop did wrong.

Bad service and very rude employee with a tattoo on his leg. $90 for a use tire for a small car. Went to "Alex Tire Shop" and got one for $45 Michelin in very good conditions! Fast service and very friendly people at "Alex Tire Shop"

Don't come here!! They will rip you off. We bought 2 tires for $200 and before we drove off the right tire started going flat. So we had to turn around and come back. Turns out the tire had a cut on the side wall and the worker knew it and still put it on without telling us.

Called in to get tires priced on Monday. Tuesday by noon the price went up $15 dollars and they adamantly efused to honor previous days quote. I'll forgive the poor attitude I received from the employee that helped me because it was 100° outside but price hiking for used tires is bad business ethics. Would have gone anywhere else if I could have found the right size tires anywhere else.

Horrible service. Put my spare on and left my tire behind my vehicle for me to pick up and put into my SUV. How rude is that and that kind of customer service is unacceptable! I’m just frustrated with the service! I want to give zero stars !
