My dad got a flat tire they tried to sell him a used tire for 180!! Then want to charge him 70 to buy a socket.....then said they can let him borrow one for 30. They knew he had no option they just wanted his money not him getting home safe. So my dad had to drive on a flat tire for 4 more mile to a other shop that gave him a use tire for 70. Horrible customer service Some people don't care about the well-being of others

Don’t not bring your vehicle to the shop . They are janky and untrustworthy. They broke my car even more than what it was. Annnnd tried to over charge me for something I got done for half the price😐. I’m considering filing a lawsuit at this point

Mi experiencia fue que puse 2 llantas de segunda marca y me cobraron más de 700 dolares, fue una sailum terramax hlt 275/70 R18, no creo que vuelva otra vez, me parece muy caro.

They will give you a cheap quote over the phone then when you arrive they jack up the prices. Don't go here.

Busy shop. And they help you anyway.. Good at what they do.. tires, brakes. I had brakes done a year and a half ago They still working fine.

All I needed was to put on tires on my car. I came at 11am to get tires that I previously called to make sure they could have them ready for me to put on. They skipped me in line and I had to wait 40 min for them to tell me they would work on it. “No Problem I said” however I needed to be at work at 12pm. So i left to go to work and my girlfriend took the car to the shop so they can again put the tires on. They charge me a total of 340 for 2 used tires and a new tire which is average but when you have to wait until 3:30 pm to leave the shop I don’t think it’s worth it then.

I have been going to Martinez for well over 15 years. Great people, great prices. Zero complaints. I will contiunue using them until the day I leave this earth.

The guys there where busy, but not to busy to take on my car. They took off 4 tires and put on 4 new tires in no time at all. By the way I went there around there closing time. Where must business would have said come back tomorrow. They did not. These guys are the real deal.

They are scammers, I asked for a simple patch. They try to sell me a used tire for 100$. Then once they ‘patch’ my tire. it still leaks air.

I came to get new brakes front and rear on my toyota corolla because it was shaking when I hit the brakes, about 2 weeks ago they fixed the front brakes, and did a horrible job on back brakes, it shakes bad! I don't recommend them for brakes jobs, I feel like i got ripped off, don't go there !

I don't recommend this place, I took my toyota corolla to get all around brake and they charged me but never put the rear brakes on, I had to go back to them to put the rear brakes shoes on, and my car still shakes badly when I hit the brakes, terrible job not happy at all martinez automotive

I call and get a price over the phone. Drive over, only to be told a different price when I get there. Waste of time!!! . I'd rather spend my money at a place where their word means something...

Took my car in to replace my struts and alignment. Price was right and my car has not run this smooth in years. They also cut me a break on some of the hardware. Highly recommend!!!

The worse!!! Please don’t go here. We spend over $4,000 to fix our car and y’all left it the same! We feel robbed. We needed to fix a leaking problem and still leaking and over heating! Y’all should’ve been real from the beginning and told us it wasn’t fixable. Los peores!!! Por favor no vayan a este lugar. Gastamos arriba de $4,000 para arreglar nuestro carro y lo dejaron igual! Siento que nos robaron. Queríamos arreglar un problema de fugas y sobrecalentamiento! Hubieran sido sinceros desde el principio que el carro no tenía remedio.

I bought a used tire from them and they gave my grandpa a tire that was patched before not cool. I don't recommend anybody to them bad tires over paid for this used tires 75 dollars for a patched tire. I didn't appreciate that they lied to my grandpa not good business 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
