BEWARE of this shop. I sent my car over to get repaired because the GEAR STICK felt loose, so I was unable to change Gears. There was no metal crank or any metal sound that would indicate that the transmission was broken (I parked this car and didn't use it for almost 9 years and on day 2 of using it this problem happened and I did tell the shop about it obviously). So, the gear stick was almost completely "loose". It would fall to a side by itself while the car was off. So, the shop told me that the issue was the entire Transmission and that they had one they could sell me for over a grand. It didn't make ANY SENSE whatsoever. We bought this brand new from the dealership and never had any transmission issues (manual transmission). So I ended up taking my car away somewhere else. Well, turns out that we only needed the "Gear Shift Linkage Repair Kit", that is under twenty dollars in AutoZone. The owner looked at me in the eyes to tell me that I needed a new transmission and that he had one to sell me and it was total BS. Thankfully they didn't work on my car. Please beware of them.

Took them 4 months to rebuild my transmission and after only 3 months of use it broke down again. If you value your time, and money go elsewhere. Oh and these clowns still have the audacity to get mad when you call or stop by to ask how your vehicle is going.

Buyer be aware , is they sale you a bad part they are not responsible . You will loose your money. Well, Jessie Martinez Del Norte is the place! As an owner and customer one can’t even call to ask if the vehicle has been at least diagnosed. In our case, we needed the vehicle as soon as possible, so we where literally evicted from the shop, due to our calls to inquire about our vehicle. So, yeah! Horrible, horrible customer service and no professionalism at all. Before considering taking your vehicle there, I urged you to seriously look and consider other options!

Was told a part was going to be replaced.. got my car back...same issue..when I called NOONE could tell me what was done. Come to find out instead of replacing the part they "adjusted" it and added freon. $140 bucks for NOTHING to be done. Confidence in this company 100% lost.
