A rental car we were using was taken there. My daughter forgot her ear pods in the car. We went back immediately because the find my I phone app was showing them still there. The employees there refused to return the ear pods even though they were showing they were there, a guy named Martin. BE CAREFUL these people are thieves! Stealing from a little girl, shame on you! I even called back and asked again for them to return the ear pods and told them my daughter was upset, the guy didn’t even wanna ask his people a second time. What a bunch of losers, enjoy the ear pods stolen from a little girl you losers!

I was a little hesitant trying a new place outside of the normal discount tire or tire plus, but I will always go to Martin Tire now. Jesus was the person who helped us when we first walked in and from the moment we walked in to the moment that we left, we were 100% satisfied with the customer service, the services themselves & the all around atmosphere of the business. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

The Martin Tire associates were attentive and professional. Service representative was respectful and accurate with repair completion time. Martin (ironically named) at the Montwood location was very upfront and honest. Even gave me a heads up that my front rotors and brake pads that are needing a service soon. Although I decided to get the front rotors and pads done myself, the 5 years wheel alignment with also a warranty on all 4 of my tires were totally worth it. besides oils and fluids, NEVER skimp out on tire maintenance.

Very disappointed in the lack of honesty here. Dropped off our 2012 Fusion with a coolant leak. Was told I’d get a phone call with an estimate for that, a serpentine belt and a couple other things. I got the call and a quote for the services I had chosen to have performed. I opted for a new water pump, thermostat, tie rod, valve cover gasket and radiator flush. On those I was given a figure of $1006.92. But then told by Edwin that he forgot to add the radiator flush, but would apply a coupon. He then gave me a new total of $1007.92 and I told him i did not want to spend any more than that. I got a call at about 5:45 pm that car was ready. Weird, but all the outside lights were off when we drove in. I had checked our Martin tire credit card before we went to pick up the car. I handed Edwin the card and it was declined. I asked how much he was trying to charge on it. He said $1792.00. I was angry, as I felt I was getting snaked out of over $700, not getting what I was told. I paid the bill because I wasn’t getting my car back if I didn’t. Not happy and I let him know. He said our phone conversations were recorded and he would check it the next day, which was today, and follow up. He never called me. The car wasn’t even ready. I had to hang out in the parking lot for almost an hour. Horrible experience! As it stands now, I won’t do business there again. This is an update: Still unresolved. Was called in and told audio recording of our phone call where I was quoted the repair cost was available. My wife and I both went to listen and we both agreed that the recording did not vindicate Edwin, in fact, if what he meant was a different amount we didn’t hear it. He told us his Manager Jesus would call us, but I’ve waited two weeks, but it hasn’t happed yet. Apparently there isn’t an interest in resolving it. In the meantime I’ve bought a set of tires for the same car elsewhere.
