Wow 😮 🛞 💥 Two buildings down from the shop and my tire went out with a bang! I walked over and Sam offered to not only walk to my car but ensure it was brought to the shop safely. We took a quick Uber home and it was ready shortly after with a new tire ready to go. I have my toddler and it was such an immense blessing to be near this shop. Recommend 10/10. Ty Sam & team

Went to martin tire (on mesa st near donaphin) last week. Spoke with Stephen. He was very nice and willing to help me. I wound up getting 4 new tires, an allignemnet and new struts all thecway around on my truck. The guys there worked quickly on my vehicle and did a great job. Thank you Stephen.

Let me begin by saying that I am a female who has been working as a professional mechanic for 19 years and have had an ASE certification in suspension. I do not have an alignment machine at my current shop but have taken our fleet to this location and Brian has always done an excellent job. Today I took my mother-in-lawsvehicle in for an alignment and Brian was not there. I was in plain clothes and not recognized. I never identified myself. Sam tried to sell me 4 tires which I don't need and even offered to call my mother-in-law himself to get the sale. These tired have less than 30k and have a manufacturer date of 0422. When I asked for a print out of my alignment I was told the printer was broken but allowed to take a picture. The left rear was still out of specs. I asked if something was bent and was told maybe a pothole had caused suspension damage. I was told sometimes components need to be replaced or possibly the frame! In this case even if my suspension was tweaked it would've affected camber and not toe. I will never allow this location to work on my vehicle again.

On 12/5/24 I went to your store on Woodrow Bean here in El Paso to get a tire replaced due to the fact that it had a nail on the side and couldn't be fixed. They didn't have the same model tire there so Charles called the Mesa store and they said they DID have one. Charles told them to set it aside and I would be there the following day to get it put on my vehicle. Next day, I show up at the Mesa store and the guy there says they DON'T have the tire there. Seems like every time I go to that store, the same guy always finds some way to give me a hard time. I called the Woodrow Bean store and they told me that they DO have it at the Mesa store. A few minutes later the tire "magically" appears. It took an hour and a half to put on the new tire and that was only until I walked near the bay to see if they were working on it. Within 5 minutes, the tire was on the rim and on my vehicle. There weren't any other vehicles in any other bay so I don't understand why it took an hour and a half. I know there's nothing I can do or say to change anything but I just wanted to let you know.

Quick, no hassle service by the folks at Martin Tire. Came in to replace a rim, told me how much it would be and how long it would take and they finished faster than what they originally said, in essence saving me time! They delivered exceptional service. Keep it up, customers appreciate it!

Sam and Steven have taken care of me on separate occasions and let me tell you their level of professionalism and customer service has exceeded any expectations I’ve ever had. Sam took care of me on a break during a softball tournament for my daughter I was short on time and expressed my urgency and he had me out the door with new tires so fast I was able to get back to the remainder of the games. Steven took care of me just yesterday before closing I noticed my parents vehicle needing new tires after they informed me they were heading out of town. I rushed over to Martin Tire and Steven took care of me with a new set of tires no problem. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be coming back for more tires.

The (head) service rep at the office was really friendly and took me in that afternoon to put on a new set of tires...time went by fast waiting in the that office as I watched a lot of good comedy shows...Jim Belushi and Tim Allen shows... The price was about what I expected

Today Martin lost a customer. Here are the facts. My truck is a 2024 AT4 HD. Installed a suspension max leveling kit with tubular A Arms, diff spacer, and keys. The kit is very high quality. Truck drove straight and did not pull to either direction. Steering wheel was perfectly centered. I then purchased a new set of Nitto’s to accompany the lift. (Brand new from discount, not blems or from some unreputable shop) Truck drove straight and did not pull. I then took the truck to Martin at 8 am for a wheel alignment APPOINTMENT. After 2 hours on the rack, my truck pulled HARD RIGHT and the steering wheel was off center. Immediately returned. They blamed my tires. Then they kept the truck a few more hours. I picked up the truck at 5:30 pm, only to get a slightly less pull and slightly off center steering wheel. The cherry on top was the receipt information was FOR THE WRONG TRUCK. Not sure if that was on purpose to decline any future warranty or again, total incompetence. Now my opinions which can be taken with a grain of salt. Manager should test cars before giving them to clients. His attitude was kind of “take it or leave it”. I became irate not only because of the incompetence and attitude of the manager and his constant deflection blaming my new set of tires, but because I wasted my morning that had meetings scheduled and clients counting on me. A scheduled alignment shouldn’t take all day. I take reviews very seriously, because as business owners we live and die by them. The incompetence coupled with their attitude deserved this review.

I went to get a change/fix of tires because the back ones were flat. Both tires according to them could not fixed so had to buy new tires so I dont know why I had "insurance". Anyways my main issue at this location is the customer service in the front desk!! They are rude as hell and very dismissive. I hate going there just cause of this!

Unprofessional staff, overcharged and felt robbed. 25 dollars to patch a tire. 15 dollars to "break a lock" but miraculously lock still works perfect. Felt ripped off by a bunch of crooks. Never going to this place again EVER. Place was recommended but be careful when you decide to do business with these thieves.
