Got a screw in my tire and went to get it fix, but the screw damaged my tire to the point of not being able to be fixed. Since I had a warranty on my tires. I got a new tire, free of charged and just had to pay for labor. Fast services.

Gr8 place 2 hav ur tires replaced. The pricing was rather decent. The only draw bak was the amount of time 2 hav the tires chngd was a bit longer than what a customer would xpect.

Replaced front tires efficiently. They found the driver's side rear tire was separating and was the reason I had tire pressure sensors light constantly on. They replaced it as well because the tire was under warranty. They prevented what could have been a blow out.

Brain and Jose are the greatest people they are very helpful and honest my wife is very hard to please but brain is very patient and explains every detail to her I am glad he washes out for her when I can’t be there the whole staff are very friendly I know there going to be someone no matter how hard they might try and please are gonna be very difficult oh well you just can’t please everyone but the 99.9 I am sure are pleased thank you Martin tires for everything thing we have been a customer for over 30 years

Do NOT get your shocks and struts changed here. I took my car in for a squeak in the front end and they said it was my shocks and struts were bad. NOT TRUE. They replaced the shocks and struts for $2,400 (and a tie rod?) and the squeak was still there. So I looked it up on the internet and very easily found it was the control arms, took the car back and pointed out the control arms needed to be replaced. They gave me $100 off for that and it still cost $488. Then I noticed the car rode really bad, feeling every bump in the road. Took it back again and they changed (at no charge) the shocks and struts. Still a very bad ride AND they kept the car for 3 whole days to change them. Sometime later (a few weeks), I had the guy who ran the department that was over the shocks and struts ride in the car eith me, and he said everything was good - but the ride felt horrible to me. He seemed very disinterested in my comments and my car. Essentially, I feel they ruined my car as it rode very smoothly before they did anything, it only had a squeak that bothered me, now it rides bad and sounds like the front end is falling apart. I had been using this Martin Tire for over 30 years for all tires and thought they were great. I no longer feel that way. If you have problems with your shocks and struts take your car somewhere else. I am very disappointed with the suspension work I received from Martin Tire (specifically on Lee Trevino). This work was done about 2 years ago with the following change (free replacement) in the shocks and struts occurring slightly over a year ago. I no longer enjoy driving my car, it rides very poorly on bad streets and makes sounds that were never there before when it hits bumps. Again, I am very disappointed and also have $2,900 less than I had before. I can't believe this work was that bad, but it was. Be sure to go to a different place to have your car's suspension worked on. I truly regret having to write this review because I really like some folks there and always took my car there for tire work (which I will not necessarily be true any more). They responded very quickly for the story, very nice lady said the District Manager would call me to discuss it. That was 3 weeks ago, no call, no further contact. Oh well...

The earlier you show up the quicker you will get out. Great customer service and there ALL BILINGUAL!!! Great prices and even variety on rims.They also provide financing thru Snap or MTC and it's easy and quick! I went for 4 new tires w/balancing, alignment and fuel injector and took about 2 hours. They do have a snack machine but there's also an awesome Mexican restaurant behind the building. G. Tellez, thank you for the awesome customer service. Keep up the great attitude!!!(update) This is my first time coming back and they have a while different crew. Took them 2 hours to check a leak on my tires and the guy who was doing my car broke one of the wheel hubs. The worst thing is that it has warranty so I'll be back to the waiting area. This is something I don't look forward too...
