The staff was very careful to give me an accurate quote and time frame up front for detailing service and then did a meticulous job cleaning off hard water spots that covered both sides of my car. The price was very reasonable for all the work they did. I will be going back when my car needs another wash

1st time at this hand wash and the service was great! My car literally looks brand new!! Workers were very nice and patient. The owner is responsive and friendly too. Very satisfied as it’s so hard to find a good hand wash place. Will be going back again! :)

I feel extremely lucky that Markato is so close to me and I can still get in same day when I need to. They did yet again an extraordinary job on the inside of my car which honestly was a nightmare. I literally couldn’t believe it and thanked the folks there who helped out. Spread the word, for $60 the level of clean I received is better than what most places in Oakland provide. You have a committed customer here!

Just picked up my car after finally caving and paying someone else to clean the dust from Burning Man off. My Subaru was used as a utility vehicle so it was Intense. They did such a good job and were so sweet and great to work with. I got a deep clean in the end and the price was great too. I’m sending people here from now on. I forgot my interior was black!

Today was my first day at Markato Hand Carwash and detailing. I could not be more happier with their service. My car looked horrible inside and now it looks like a brand new car. Besides the fact that they do a great job on whatever type of wash you choose, the staff is so friendly and welcoming! They offer you water, coffee, or tea while you wait. There were a pair of men who were eating in the waiting area, and although this might come off unprofessional to some, I didn't at all. They were clearly on their lunch break. Well, as soon as I sat down, they offered me some of their food. Which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. They do an exceptional job. You can be sure to leave this place with a squeaky clean car and feeling great knowing that you spent your money in a business that truly cares for their customers!
