DO NOT GO I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY FORGOT TO PUT ALL LUG NUTS BACK ON THE CAR & NOW MY THREADING IS MESSED UP ON THE HUB NOW I MIGHT HAVE TO PAY 3X ON WHAT I SPENT THERE ON A WHOLE HUB OR AXLE

I had a disappointing experience at this Mario tire shop and cannot recommend their services. I visited two weeks ago to have a sensor replaced, but the staff ended up damaging my tires and creating additional issues. This suggests a lack of experience and proper training in handling car-related repairs. On top of that, the customer service was poor, and my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I found the owner to be unhelpful and misleading when discussing the situation. I would advise others to look elsewhere for tire replacement or repairs.”

Went to Mario’s for a simple tire patch. On my way back to work my car started to shake at any speed over 40mph. I took my car to another shop to see what was causing the shaking, as I assumed the tire had not been balanced. The other shop found that the patched wheel was off by 3 ounces, and even worse, they found that Mario’s had extremely over torqued the lug nuts and completely deformed my wheel key to where it was no longer usable. The guys at the new shop struggled for over an hour just to get the wheel off. Mario’s put me at extreme risk. They sent me on my way with a car that was not safe to drive, and I do not believe the man that worked on my car had any actual training. My quick patch at Mario’s ended up costing me much more than $10 and several hours out of my work day.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! WARNING!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Absolutely trash of a place. We called twice for a tire and was told they had it. Because we had a flat he had to use an Uber there just to find out they didn’t have they tires they claim to have after verifying twice. when we didn’t buy the tire that was way to small, they told my husband he was “playing games” and kicked him out telling him to leave for no reason and to walk down to another shop in 100 degree weather. I’m assuming for not buying the tire, even though it was to small and mislead us in the first place. 😑 DO NOT COME HERE!! *Response to your comment. No sir, we were not rude at all. If you have the call please release it, so everyone knows how ignorant you sound. No one expected you to pay for any Uber? So not sure where you’re getting that. But if I call and say I’m stuck on the side of the road and I call you TWICE to verify to make sure you have that tire, and you tell me yes we do, and then I get an Uber for my husband to come pick it up and you now tell him no we don’t have it but that he needs to buy a tire that’s too small and get mad at him for not buying the WRONG tire, you send him out walking in 100 degree weather. That’s not how you do business let alone how you treat people. YOU’RE PROBLEMATIC.

Horrible people horrible service,my wife called on phone with tire size info they told they yes we have it when I arrived they had only smaller sizes when I was trying to make decisions he rudely snapped and asked do I want it or not when I told him I needed to think for a moment he accused me of playing games and kicked me out telling me to go down road (walking in 100 degrees) don’t ever come here they guys are clowns

Stopped in for tire repair. Shortly after leaving I noticed they overinflated the tire to 47psi instead of 34psi. Also they lost the stem cap. At this point im wondering how well they fixed the actual flat. Don't recommend

Worst place to go!! I’m so angry. My daughter is stuck in the middle of the road and her husband had to take an Uber to get to this place to get a tire. My daughter called to tell them she had a flat in the middle of no where and she’s looking for a tire size of hers. They told her yes, we have it. My son in law goes and they told him they don’t have it. My daughter calls back and tells them why did they say they have if they don’t. Then kicks my son out of the store because he told he’s playing games, my son in law tells him, I have my wife alone. What a horrible thing to do.

Very low staff and horrible service. Not to mention the horrible location they have. I called before arriving to the spot and I requested for a rotation on my tires. I don’t know who it was on the phone but they had told me it will be $25. They ended up charging me $40 when I asked who was the one who picked up the phone they all acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Never coming here again. Safe your money and time and go elsewhere

Do not use. Mario's mobile service was awful. They failed to clean the rim before putting a faulty tire on, they also failed to put the fifth lugnut on. My tire was flat again within 3 days. They only accept cash and don't offer refunds. Mario, the owner, was also quite rude on the phone. Shame on me for thinking I was getting a deal. You always get what you pay for, and in this case I got cheap, low quality service and product. Pay an extra 50 to 100 bucks and get better service somewhere else.

The guys here don’t have filter. Always making most girls uncomfortable bc of the way they make noises/ and stare at one to get one’s attention. They don’t like when you tell them what you need unless your a “man” bc it messes with thr “man ego”. My tire was completely put on wrong I had to stop half way into another stop. They think one does not understand Spanish but all they do is harass/ make nasty uncomfortably comments and laugh with the other guys afterwards thinking you didn’t understand. It’s very sad.

They are always my life saver… I live in north Austin and all tires shops over there are very arrogant but this place ppl there are very nice and friendly.. I been here many times and never had any issues and always satisfied… they are highly recommended

Usually whenever I go I receive good treatment and attention from ELVIN/ELVIS, a boy with curly hair, is very pro-active and quickly solves any inconvenience. This time I made a call to check if they had the type of tire I needed. 225-65R17 and they confirmed to me that there were more than 140 pieces that matched. When I got there I was attended by another boy named Javier who didn't even take 4 minutes to verify that he had and told me that they didn't have any kind. It's unfortunate because I've been a customer of this store for several years and I've never been so disappointed.
