I am very thankful for this company. I had a flat with two young kids around 1230AM and they communicated very well, let us know they were in route, made sure we were okay. We were pretty far out and they drove pretty far to help us. I spoke to a total of 3 people and they were all nice. Tony change our tire and did a great job. Thank you.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! I had a blowout and my tire was completely shredded, and it was really late—around 1-2 a.m. These gentlemen kept me informed throughout the entire process and, most importantly, made me feel safe. As a woman, they didn’t ask me to come outside at that late hour or try to scam me in any way and my replacement is good quality. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance. Thanks again, guys—I’m a customer for life!

So I was getting ready to leave work around 9pm and came out to a flat and my truck was sitting on a hill. I hit these people up and without hesitation they were sending someone to help. They came within the hour and customer service was top tier and the tech that assisted me was on point. That man Danny rolled up in the big boy and did what needed to be done. Wasn’t cheap but also not crazy expensive. Got them locked in for sure.

The service I received was A1. They answered , got my info and pulled up to switch my tire promptly. I am grateful for the genuine concern they showed in getting me off the side of the road. It felt very comforting to be supported by these guys in the midst of an uncomfortable situation. 🙏🏽

Danny conveniently answered the phone. His communications were impeccable. He came swiftly and unlocked my vehicle for me and my daughter. He got me in within minutes of him pulling up. I called @ 4:24 pm ,sent pictures of my tire, I got the wrong tire at 12:21 am! 8 hours Later!!;The tire tech who came and took my tire back to their shop, blamed me with an attitude! And cursed at me! Telling me I had an attitude from the start, that I sent pictures of the wrong tire! If you have my damaged tire at your shop my picture s aren't relevant!! The worse service! The worse customer service!

I would use a different company if you have the chance. The owner is unreliable and unprofessional. I called them to bring me 2 used tires as i needed new ones and they sent someone out to put them on. After i got home that night, the next morning the tire that they put on was completely flat. I messaged the owner to let him know and he stated how the tires are under warranty so they can have someone come switch it out for me. He kept misleading me and telling me that he was on the way or in traffic and then it was he had a driver on the way but they NEVER SHOWED UP. This went on for 3 days straight. I OVERSTATED how i needed my tire fixed asap due to thats how I make my money and i had to be at work. Come to find out after i took my car to a different tire place the used tire they gave me had a big leak in it. I also reached out to the number they provided who would make me a receipt and the number never responded. The communication was terrible i had to message him EVERY TIME to hear an update, which he was just bs'ing and telling me what I wanted to hear. They think that you are on their time and they do not care about you after you pay them money. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Daniel is a. Fraud! A couple of days ago, I had a need for a tire service due to a breakdown on I-85 S. My tire came off my rim and I called Daniel for service. When he arrived at the scene, the first thing he said when he took a look at my car was that he will have to remove my rim from the vehicle and take it to a store for a guy to peel off the remnants of the old tire stuck on the rim and it was going to take him 20-30 minutes. To put things to perspective, this was at ~4am. Daniel took my rim and told me to wait for him on the highway, where vehicles are approaching at 70-80 + mph. 40 mins later I called him and he told me they’re still struggling to remove the remnants of the tire from the wheel. After about 3 1/2 hrs later, this fraud told me he’s still waiting on the guy to perform this service which he just told me they were doing 3 hrs ago. I asked him to return my rim back and he insisted that he was trying to save me money as though that was what I needed. When I persisted that he bring back my rim, he insulted me saying I lack common sense and charged me $120. So I basically paid for a service which I did not receive. Daniel is a fraud, and does not deserve to service any body who is in need of help. He also doesn’t care about your safety as you can see that he left me on the highway for 3+ hrs. When I finally got my vehicle towed to a tire shop, it took them 10 mins to get me back and the road. Additionally they know him as well and say he’s a fraud. I will not recommend him to anyone. He does not deserve to be in business.

They came out to help us. It was very helpful. If you ever need help give us a call. It takes them a little minute to get you going. I mean they came and got my tire at 8 o’clock and it’s 10 o’clock by the time they got me going, but they got me a full-size tire. I was chilling waiting on them and now I’m good to go real talk.
