Didn’t really have an experience here but I need an emissions test done and this place only does them on tuesdays Wednesdays and thursdays till 2pm on a first come first serve basis.

I scheduled an appointment to have my motor mounts replaced and dropped off my car at 8 a.m. sharp, expecting to be contacted when it was ready. By 10 a.m., I called for an update and was told the car would be ready by noon. However, instead of completing the repairs, I received a call from someone in the office claiming my vehicle was in "grave disrepair" with multiple issues, and they refused to work on it. The owner then took the phone from the staff member and told me I should consider saving up money to buy another car, even calling my car a "towaway car." This interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they wasted hours of my time, and when I picked up my car, it had been left parked in an extremely inconvenient spot. Months later, I discovered the so-called "rod knock" they referenced was actually just plastic flaps from the intake manifold making noise—there was nothing mechanically wrong with the engine. This experience was shocking and disappointing, especially since I’d trusted this shop for previous repairs without issue. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude have left me unwilling to return or recommend their services.

Even though we were just in for an oil change and checking one or two other things, it’s worth mentioning that as is true of whatever we come in for, our experience was entirely a positive one. As busy as they were, every customer was treated with courtesy and respect. In addition to the work we paid for, Sarah went the extra mile in finding the correct spray paint codes for some touching up that falls beyond what Manyo would do, and she also put me in touch with people who could buff up the job. She’s a real treat and helps keep us coming back! (Dave and Brad are great, too….)

Excellent experience at Manyo Service. Mechanic very thorough with inspection and resolution of vehicle issues to keep it running great approaching 229,000 miles. Most recent visit due to exhaust system breach. Anticipating a total replacement of 19-year-old system. Manyo instead replaced an intermediate pipe link at a most affordable cost. My F-150 sounds like a locomotive no more. Power optimized again. Runs great. Thank you, Manyo!

I am now a Manyo Motors' customer for life. I can't remember when my truck rode this nice. In need of a second look at my vehicle after years of going to the dealership for repairs, I stopped in Manyo Motors (after seeing their reviews) for a better wheel alignment and to get an opinion of why my brakes were not functioning properly. The owner, Dave, had a member of his team ride with me that day, then check the suspension and brakes afterwards. In checking it out they found the brake pads had no lubrication and were stuck in place, rear rotors were bad, suspension parts were worn, and creaking originated from bolts missing (rusted off) from the subframe (that were recently replaced at the dealership little more than a month ago). I was stunned, wondering how the dealer service mechanics miss all of this and I had been there on at least 6 occasions in the last few months. Dave stated a proper wheel alignment would not be possible with the suspension issues. He also suggested that the brake booster the dealership told me I needed, was not needed. After evaluating my options I decided to give Manyo Motors a try. With very reasonable costs I was able to get all the necessary work completed at one time. It now feels like my truck rides better than when I bought it, even though I have over 100k miles. For this I am thankful for those who provided reviews because it guided me to the team of honest automotive repair professionals at Manyo Motors who helped me to like driving my Lincoln MKT again.

I've had very good experiences with Manyo Motors, Dave, and the team there, who all seem like really good people. I've been very pleased with the results and service I've received. I knew I was in for a bit of an investment to get my SUV back to tip top shape. Everything I needed was clearly laid out, I was given options, and the work was priced very fairly IMO. I had had some feedback already from the dealer on a few of the issues which I was suspicious of and Manyo's assessment proved me right. My car hasn't run this well since I bought it. I'm very happy with the service I've received and would definitely recommend this place to others. I'll surely be back for my car care needs.
