If you need your car fixed for anything, THIS is the place to go if you want a team that is honest, communicates clearly, advocates for you with insurance folks, and genuinely cares about helping you out. Shoutout to Rena who was so thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and made sure that my car repairs were done perfectly and efficiently. She stayed in communication throughout the repair process and was very transparent about everything. Also another shoutout to Maggie who went out of the way to answer my many questions with patience and care! It is rare to see such incredible service in this business, but this place stands out as a one of a kind car repair shop. Great work!

They did a great job with my truck after I got rear ended. Staff is very responsive and helpful, Rena kept me updated with my truck as well. Would recommend coming here for body work.

I have been a customer of this body shop since 2011, and I refer all my family and friends to this shop. I once took my sprinter to another shop, and it was the biggest mistake of my life. (Long story… it was only because the accident was in California. But that shop owner stole the insurance money without doing the repairs. Be careful out there and only go to reputable shops!! I’ll never make that mistake again.) The team here is incredibly honest and affordable, always providing top-notch service at a fair price. The workmanship is consistently high quality, leaving my car looking as good as new every time. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repairs or maintenance. 5 stars all the way! Pésimo el servicio lo peor que viene recomendado de un abogado hicieron todo súper mal no lo recomiendo para nada se llevaron una camioneta sin la autorización del dueño empezaron a repararla sin autorización de la AseguRaNza cuando el vehículo era una pérdida total .. Por nada del mundo llevaría mi carro o camioneta con ellos ..

I found Manriquez while searching for a repair shop after an accident. They are near an Enterprise Rent-A-Car , which was a plus. They communicate with the branch so you can pick up and drop off a rental seamlessly. As a woman, I instantly get anxious walking into an auto shop, but everyone there was so welcoming and helpful. I worked with Jeff and he dealt with the appraiser and went above and beyond to hold my best interest in mind. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. And they washed it, making it look new again! Very pleased. Highly recommend.

They did excellent fiberglass work and paint for some custom Harley parts I brought them. Pricing was pretty reasonable for such high quality work. Very impressed! I’ll definitely come back for more.

Chris and the entire team were incredible! I brought my X5 in for repair as it had a dent and some scratches. They were able to fix my car up very quickly for a great price. Can't recommend them enough- they go above and beyond!

Chris, Samantha and Rena are the nicest folks you’ll meet and above that they are honest and will give you the right information in a timely manner. My car was essentially T-boned by a truck between the driver side door and fender resulting in damage to the frame, door hinge and wheel. My insurance company was such a nightmare to deal with but the shop kept on top of them and went to bat for me. I will recommend anybody to them without hesitation!

This was a great experience. Jeffrey took the time to go through all of the options I had when selecting parts to repair my car. He provided details and his opinion when building my repair estimate. The estimate was much more cost effective than other estimates I had obtained. I dropped off my car and except for one tiny delay in having to do a diagnostic review of my systems the work was finished within 5 days. My car looks like new and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely us Manriquez Collision for any other repairs I may need.

Manriquez Collision is simply the best body shop I've ever been to. For as long as live in Houston, I'll always bring my car to them. The entire team is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Rena, especially, is phenomenal. I felt really supported and well taken care in spite of having my car be totaled by insurance. She helped me through the entire process, walked me through steps I should take and things to watch out for. She really went above and beyond! I can't recommend them enough!! This place is it! They are extremely professional and know everything there is to know about vehicle body repair. Herbert explained the repair process from the very start and gave me a reasonable quote (they also work directly with the insurance adjuster and take care of everything for you). Highly recommend if you love your car as much as I love mine. They are family owned and the whole staff will take care of you and actually make dealing with insurance less stressful.

I had a great experience with Manriquez Collision. I needed a new door and fender + paint. Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. He walked me through the process of finding gently used parts and explained the painting process. The shop matched my gray Honda color very well, I don't notice any difference in color gradient from the hood to the fender and door. Jeff gave me a competitive quote and kept me updated while my car was in the shop. Jeff really went above and beyond with helping to get my car repaired. I'm very happy with how my car turned out and I highly recommend this collision shop for body work. Thank you Jeff and Manriquez Collision!

My experience with Manriquez shop has by far been a life saver financially I went from being told I have a blown head gasket to them discovering the core problem with the engine which was just the cooling system. The customer service was great and they took excellent care of my vehicle treated it just like it was their own. I highly recommend coming here if you need any repairs or collision work.

The body shop did a great job at fixing a fender-bender on my Nanny's Lexus SUV, and matched the bumper paint well to the rest of my car, but the shop forgot to address some minor chips and paint-defects that we had agreed would be touched-up as part of the job. When I came to pick up the car, these touch-ups had not been done. I had to remind them that we had agreed to try to walk-around the car and find these chip defects and fix them before telling me the job was finished. I would have given them a much lower rating for their poor communication and for wasting my time, but they agreed to fix the problem and the owner came out to apologize. It means a lot in my book when an owner looks you in the eye and accepts responsibility. They need better communication with their clients and between themselves before I would trust them with one of my higher-end cars.

This mechanic shop is not trustworthy. Something always wound up damaged and needing repairs, requiring me to pay over and over again each time i paid them a visit. As an added note, I just discovered today through a legitimate collision and repair shop that a service I paid for through Manriquez did not have an apparent fix and will need to be serviced, AGAIN. I brought one of my other vehicles in for collision repair (paid for by the insured) and turns out i'll need a brake lamp pigtail wire replacement from mishandling which will cost more than $100. I don't trust that If I had them fix the damage they've caused, a big part of me wouldnt leave with weariness that I wont have another major issue sprout up "unexpectedly", down the line. Manriquez made me very suspicious of ma and pop mechanic shops as well as whether these good reviews are even legitimate. The front desk individual is very talkative and will try to pull wool over your eyes with mechanical jargon to sell you, but the service will leave you ultimately deceived.

Yall. When I tell yall these guys are for the PEOPLE, they honestly are. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it’s one of the annoying ones where the drivers side headlight is a nightmare to change. These guys went above and beyond. I bought a headlight from O’Rileys (I have no idea which type I needed—O’Rileys sold me the wrong one) and the guys at Manriquez looked in their inventory, even called a shop down the road, and sent one of their people to go pick it up for me so they could change it out. I was in an out in 30-45 minutes. They were very fair and very amazing. 10/10

I do not recommend this business. My jeep should have been totaled and they did their best to make sure this wouldnt happen. The repairs took >5 months and someone was obviously driving my vehicle, based on mileage and handprints on my hardtop. They repaired my axel, there was no need for anyone to touch the hard top. Overall, it was a bad experience.
