Spent the day at this location getting some repairs while passing through and had a wonderful experience. Andrew and everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is really nice which helps when you're spending a little time there. They were on the higher end of the range of prices I was quoted for the repair, but they got me in soon and out the same day so the convenience seemed well worth the price.

I had been looking for a decent shop to be honest and take care of my suv because it's hard to trust mechanic shops nowadays. Andrew took care of my truck and did not charge me unnecessary fees for trying to find a solution to a dash light. Light needed to be reset. Management took care of a interior discrepancy. Please to refer people here on eagle ranch location. My wife now brings hers here as well. Thank you

I can only give Mango , Cottonwood a 5 star review. I was visiting Albequerque first week of January. I took my truck into the dealer for annual maintenance.. THey allowed me to drive off their lot with a clicking sound which was not there when I dropped it off. They stated the sound wasn't from them...Hmm (I was very upset with dealer..) I called Mango and immediately they were helpful. They walked us thru possible fixes according to the sound.(10 min on phone). Mango had a very busy schedule the following day. They said if nothing fixes it, bring it in 1st thing in the a.m. (Friday) We brought it in and the men working were soo kind and knowledgable..They were able to fix it on that day..it was an error from the dealer. (not as expressed). I was so very happy with Mango!! (I had a long drive home and they helped make the drive with a sound mind!! Thank you Mango- Cottonwood Would definitely recommend them!!

Special thanks to Frank & Andrew but also to everyone who worked on my vehicle. As a single mother, car troubles can be extremely stressful. Not knowing where to go or who to trust. I’ve gone to this specific establishment when it was Car ER and was always happy with them. So I decided to try Mango Automotive and I’m glad I put my faith in them!! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or worried or that feeling when you’re getting ripped off. They are super busy but never once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them and that’s something that stood out to me, eased my anxiety and stress. Frank was up front, honest, fair, and check in with him was a breeze. I got my car within a few days (super fast) I was expecting weeks like the dealership but nope quick, &thank goodness! I was updated every step of the way with Andrew. Andrew was always kind, forthcoming and helpful. & super sweet to kids!! Thank you guys!! I will definitely be back for any of my car needs.

We've had work done by them many times and no real complaints. This time around we had an estimate of issues and took it in to have it worked. We left and next day started having issues we didn't have when we took it, called them and they said they'd only cover if it was cause by them, but what automotive repair will admit its their fault. 😑 Super disappointed and it's a car my teenager drives which is worse.

Wow! Mango was so great to work with. I called early in the morning and they got me in right away. It was unfortunately bad news for my car but the did their best and had great customer service. Then when I bought a new car they looked under the hood for me before I purchased it. Andrew and Frank, thank you so much for all the help and taking care of us. You definitely have our business now!

Went for just oil change and they “found” issues and turned into $1000 job. 3weeks later in different state, the car didn’t start and had to fix (another $1000). I went to complain but they don’t take any responsibility. That car never had issues util they “fix” it.

On 1/3/25 I had taillights go out on my 2009 Nissan Versa. I tried to replace bulbs myself but being an elderly Vietnam Vet with now unsteady hands I was unable to. Luckily I found Mango Automotive which just happens to be about 5 miles from my home(I’d never been there before). I stopped in. I was greeted by Frank & Steve whom I’d never met before. Frank stated they were busy but would be happy to replace the bulb(s) if I could wait a while. While I waited, i enjoyed their coffee & was kept company by these two friendly & funny gentlemen. Needless to say, not long after their mechanic took my car in, they repaired it and the cost was minimal. I hate car problems but when the need arises, this is now my place to go. I highly recommend Mango Automotive. 😊

Booked an appointment, arrived on time, given incorrect information by the person checking in the vehicle, apparently, the manager did not update the person who was doing the check in, that some inventory had arrived, and had to wait extra time for them to order a part, even though the vehicle information was given on the call when making the appointment. Bottom line,,, early 2025 disappointment!!!

I had to take my car in for a 60,000-mile service and thought I'd try Mango Automotive for the first time, after being unhappy for so long with the dealership. I was thrilled with Mango's service from start to finish. First, it was easy to book an appointment, the front desk was helpful, shuttle service was smooth, and all communication was via text. The waiting room is unlike any other auto shops--it was comfortable and inviting. It was really lovely! Most auto shops smell like motor oil, popcorn, and stale coffee. 😂 Getting your car serviced is always stressful but Mango eases that stress with a low-key calm atmosphere. Best of all, it's woman-owned and I'm all about supporting local woman-owned businesses! Kudos, Mango, for providing superior customer service! I am now a regular and will be doing all automotive servicing at Mango Automotive from now on. Cannot recommend this auto shop highly enough.

I went to Mango Automotive 87114 because I didn't believe that I would make it home... I was the last one because I was courteous.i was told come in tomorrow and we will give you a price okay. Can you get me a ride to where I am staying... No it is time to go home.. I walked 4.1 miles up a hill and it took me 1hour and 48 minutes Next day 435.00 to diagnose.. I said I can not afford 435.dollars and I told you what is wrong with it ... Okay okay we will do you a favor and store it It will be safe....it was broken into and I didn't know until I came to have it towed Mikey Ward no no there was nothing in there Sir... Why was it on the tow truck.. when was it broken into Frankie and where is the proof that you had no hand.... You obviously know approximately when where but no idea until I showed up to move my Super Utility Vehicle....💔

Friendly, clean atmosphere decorated for Christmas 😊 everyone was so nice! I was able to relax with coffee and not have to smell the oil smells like other shops. Very clean and the wait wasn’t very long. I was able to meet the owner who was so nice! Female owned 😊 I highly recommend Mango Automotive

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Truly I have never experienced such a wonderful automotive shop, and I grew up in one! Not only did they do quality work in an incredibly timely manner, their process was so convenient. I called THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING with steering problems. They got me in within 30 minutes. They had an incredible report, including pictures and detailed explanations of the problems texted in a report for me. As soon as I saw what was wrong with my car I was able to approve the repairs online. It was completed within a couple of hours. They also provided transportation to and from the shop. They will have all my business from here on out, because on top of all of that THE PRICES WERE INCREDIBLY FAIR.
