I went there a few months ago but Mandos helped me out so much! They took the time to show AND explain what was wrong, topping off my coolant enough to go back to the other place and get a refund. They even offered to look over my receipts to double check i was charged correctly. I came there tired, broke and exhausted. After i came back to have them fix it, everything was fixed after a day, exactly as they said. The mechanic showing me all my old and new parts. Never going anywhere else, their help meant so much to me, thank you!!

Very informative and thorough service. I have very limited knowledge on car maintenance and they explained what my car issues were. Definitely looked out for me as they suggested what parts were worth replacing and their value. I will definitely return!

I came in yesterday to find out where I'm losing power steering fluid, they told me it's a hose I couldn't see, which made sense. I asked if they had it in stock, and was told yes, and that it would take an hour and a half and cost me 420 dollars. Steep, but quick, so I was cool with it. Cut to two hours later when they tell me they ordered the part but it wouldn't be there until just before close, which confused me, but ok. They said I'd be taken care of first thing in the morning. I get here at eight thinking they're ready to go, two hours later I get told that the part will be here soon. That makes no sense, so I decide I'd rather go elsewhere and get my money I already paid back. That's when I learn that they already took the old hose off, without a replacement yet. That's a very sheisty set of things to do to a new customer, so I will not be back. I consider this an expensive lesson.

Mysteriously, a crack appeared in an intake pipe/hose going to the carburetor that wasn’t there prior to going to their garage. I had looked at the engine and took a photo of the engine for referral the evening before. No crack!!! After the gentleman examined my engine to discover why it was faltering at higher speeds, he brought me out to see the crack. Stupidly, I went ahead with the repairs to avoid wasting the $160 diagnostic fee and paid a total of $210 for putting in the new hose. The engine still has the same problem it had before I went to their garage but at least I learned not to go to the neighborhood garage. I will stick with my regular mechanic. Since making this review, I took my vehicle to a qualified mechanic and found the real problem was the accelerator sensor. I paid the qualified mechanic for their expert service and the problem was resolved. No thanks for the hiway robbery at Mando’s.

I am little late on the review but better late then never. Imagine finding out on Sunday afternoon that your brakes are no good and you can't drive to work on Monday morning and might have to take the day off for car service. Well I drove around on East hill trying to figure out if anyone can help out. Everyone said no except these guys. Few hours to closing, they took me in and fixed my brakes. I was so thankful for 1) that I didn't have anymore damage to my brakes 2) I got brakes done with reasonable price 3) I received great customer service 4) I drove to work safely and on time next morning. I will be loyal customer to Mando's. They are wonderful :)

Took my 2003 Toyota Camry into Mando's today. I was thinking impressed with the work they preformed. Not only did they save me money but made recommend work that needs to be done. I will return.
