Didn't finish putting the AC back together in a vehicle and instead of finishing the job they already got paid to do (improperly) they refused to fix their mistakes and have been absolutely refusing to make this right. Never go here for vehicle maintenance

Awful experience. Stay away. My Ford Fusion broke down while on a weekend vacation, and I got it towed here thinking a large dealership would be a safe choice. Bad idea. They told me I needed an $8k engine replacement, and when I asked what my car would be worth for a trade-in after this replacement, they said $3500! Why would they give me this advice?? I got it towed down the street for a second opinion at a local shop, and they fixed it for $1000, and it runs great!!! What a waste of time and money to use Malloy Ford. Try out this place instead: By Word of Mouth on Seminole Trail.

Cannot understand why taking your car to a dealership is so ridiculous expensive!! If I own a Ford, why should a repair at a Ford location be 3xs as expensive as a regular shop?? If the repairs I've had quoted, the costs were so I high I declined and used my own mechanic. Do better Ford!! We know you don't need the money and get parts very cheap!! Do better!!!

Took my fusion in a few months ago for a oil change and all was well and fine! Fast service and everything. Speed up to 11/16 I changed the oil myself and noticed the tech put a FL-820S filter on my car when it should have been a FL-910S with metric threads. The CORRECT oil filter I got threaded on fine from what I could see and feel but now I'm wondering if my oil filter will blow off on my hour ride to work! If they can't see the difference in part numbers then I wouldn't have faith at all in work beyond a simple oil change! Totally ridiculous...

Service was quick, but, their prices are ridiculous. Oil change and an engine filter was 124.00. They wanted another 90.00 to replace cabin filter. I bought a premium one online for 12.00 and will pop the glove box and replace it myself. Just too much money when there are others much less expensive. I had to go this time due to a safety recall but I'm not sure about the future.

I’m currently at one hour and thirty minutes (and waiting) for a shuttle. I dropped off a car for a safety inspection and oil change at 730, and as of 3 it still wasn’t done. It might be done now…but since no one will pick me up, I may never find out. Update: my final wait time was two hours and ten minutes from what I asked for, but only because my wife picked me up. An order for pickup wasn’t put in until 3:35, but I still didn’t get a call to say a driver was available unlit 5:28. Apparently traffic was bad, but my wife made it from Pantops in 20ish minutes, which is the other side of town. Everyone was really nice, but the experience wasn’t good.
