The staff at Malless always does a great job at taking care of my automotive needs. The problem was located, and the total job was quoted quickly. While the work was being done, Malless provided me with a loaner vehicle for my convenience.

This place is a GODSEND🤩🤩 my car broke down at 4am this morning I called the shop as soon as they opened and they were able to squeeze me in and fix my issues. I have never felt so appreciated. Any concerns or questions that I had they answered them with a smile and such a friendly spirit. This is a great business. I see why they are so busy. Thank you again ‼️‼️

I have a 2008 Saab 9-3. Not the easiest car to get work done on, and this one had major brain damage, a bad ECU that was sending bad error codes. Malless took good care of me, and despite their supplier giving them a bum part, were able to get it all sorted out and running like a champ again. Heck yeah, I'd bring it back for other service, no question about it.

Malless does a great job! I have taken multiple vehicles to this establishment for both major and minor repairs / replacement parts. Eric and Micah are very nice guys. If you want to take your car to an honest auto repair shop, this is the place.

Scheduled a diagnostic appt for my vehicle and they asked that it be dropped off by 9am. Made arrangements to drop it off and did so by 8:30am. By 4pm they hadn’t even looked at it. Found somewhere that would take it and schedule diagnostics and repairs for same day. Would not recommend if you need something taken care of in a timely manner.

On Friday, my engine light came on, prompting me to reach out to several trusted individuals, but unfortunately, they were unavailable. I subsequently contacted Malless Automotive Service and Repair to inquire about scheduling a diagnostic appointment for my vehicle. Every time I call, I have the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Micah, whose professionalism over the phone and in person is impeccable. I would like to express my gratitude to him. He consistently provides me with options, clearly outlining what is feasible and what will be beneficial in the long term. Mr. Micah responds confidently to my probing questions, such as inquiring about the safety of driving my vehicle before servicing, given that I am not in a position to have it serviced immediately. I wish continued blessings upon him and his family. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Micah and Mr. Brent. Additionally, I appreciate the diagnostic services provided by Mr. Collin.

UPDATE: Went back for the 2nd time due to an undercarriage issue, and they fixed it and had me rolling the same day! These guys are awesome! Going forward they will handle all of my auto care mechanical needs! Incredible Service from Eric and Team! I experienced some issues with my so called “go to” Dealer on some repairs I desperately needed. After receiving the run around from the dealer I decided to give Malless a try! I was a little nervous at first, but that all changed when I spoke with Eric over the phone! He assured me they can take care of my vehicle issue and delivered without delay! These guys know what they’re doing, and if you’re a little mechanically challenged (like myself), they will explain exactly the services that are taken place with an accurate timeline of completion! These guys are my service center going forward! Thanks again to Eric and Team!

I’ve been taking my car to these guys since 2019 and seriously, no notes. They’re awesome to work with, always get your car in, and do really good work. Despite moving across the city, I’ve kept them as my go-to because they’re so solid. You can tell Eric and Micah really keep a high standard for themselves and their business.

We had to take 3 cars in for repairs last month. Repairs were done quickly. The thing I like the most about Malless is they provide plenty of detail as to why the repair is needed and what they need to do to fix. It gives me confidence knowing this isn’t an unnecessary, overpriced repair.

We have been going to Malless for year, they are by far the best mechanic I've worked with. Their shop is clean and organized, and they always let you know when upcoming maintenance is due, along with an estimate so you can plan ahead. I've never had to take my vehicle back after they have worked on it either. If something is wrong, they fix it the first time.
