Hit a pothole and damaged my wheel & tire. Process was easy through insurance, fast and very pleased with their work. Car was spotless when I picked it up. They kept me informed during the entire process.

This is the first time I’ve had to have any collision repairs done on my truck and Malibu completely exceeded all expectations! They were very friendly and professional! We couldn't be more thrilled with our decision to work with Malibu Collision. My husband has high standards since he used to paint and work on cars/motorcycles. He gave his stamp of approval as well. My truck looks better than when we first bought it. They were easy to work with, great at communicating and sending updates so I knew exactly where they were at in the process. They were professional and honest. My truck was ready before they quoted and we brought it in right before Christmas. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Fantastic service. I brought one of our fleet vehicles for repair. Not only did they complete the work in a timely manner, they even took it to the sign shop for wrapping so I didn't have to. The repairs on the vehicle were flawless! Malibu will be getting all of my fleet work from this point on. Had my truck for 6 months in the summer sun and found multiple hornets nests in engine bay. Replaced the quarter panel that was bad, which is the only good they did. Painted over a paint chip. Replaced emblem with used one that was cracked. Multiple places where paint was chipped from wreck didnt get fixed. Taillight not screwed in. Terrible communication... Update: finding more problems with work. Carpet was not put back all the way. Removable top is missing bolts, didnt even bother to vacuum the insulation out of the truck. Cargo light on inside no longer works. Update #2: Tailgate handle is broken, which they said they fixed.

I took my jeep to Malibu after it had debris damage from a storm. Very pleased with turnaround time and the repairs look good as new. They stayed in contact with me from drop off till pick up, would definitely recommend!

Poor quality of work, my jeep was ready 3 different times and every time looked worst. I’m not sure what’s going on at Malibu because they have always done amazing work for my family until now. This last time I just said it looked good to get it out away from the shop. I’ll take it somewhere else to be fixed. The fender has bare metal showing, orange peel on the door and ground affect, hair in my paint still, run in the paint. That’s just the things that are wrong with it this time. The last two repairs had even more to List. The best thing that Malibu could do is get rid of whoever is in their body shop. Because they have went to the only body shop that my entire family uses to a body shop that we will never use again. I also dropped my jeep off with 18,804 miles, when I got it back it had 19,191 miles call so while it was in the “ body shop “ it got 387 more miles on it.

I RECENTLY HAD MY VEHICLE REPAIRED AT MALIBU COLLISION, EVERYTHING WENT GREAT, LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THE ESTIMATE WENT QUICKLY AND THEY SCHEDULED ME IN RIGHT AWAY. I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE A WEEK LATER AND I WAS AMAZED HOW NICE MY CAR LOOKED. GREAT JOB!!! 5 STARS!!!!
