I was advised by the owner to take my vehicle to the Audi service center. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing, as the staff displayed a notably dismissive attitude. Update !!!! Sir as noted in reviews on this platform you’re extremely rude. Stop with the lies. Extremly real client!!!!! Do better

I had an air leak in my tire. I called and they said come right over. They took me right away and fixed my tire quickly and for a very fair price. I really appreciated the excellent service!

Gene and his body shop team at Malibu do fantastic work. I've gotten 3 insurance-claim repairs fixed here over the past 5 years and they constantly exceed my expectations, both with the quality of the work, dealing with the insurance companies for payment and the customer service. Highly recommended- a real gem right here in BK. I've never used them for auto repairs, but the shop is so tidy and organized, I'd like to try them.

I love this shop. First off they are very respectful and professional. Second they do outstanding work. Most importantly they are trustworthy, fairly priced and highly experienced. I have been using them for 3 years now for all my services. My latest - a hit and run which took out my front fender, bumper, left wheel and headlamp. Not only did they complete the job in less than 1 week, the bill was significantly less then originally estimate. Plus they gave me a new license plate holder and armour all my tires. It's the little things too :)

My car was unfortunately damaged by contractors damaging the roof and side door. Once I brought my car to Malibu they took a stressful situation and made it easy and straightforward. They were efficient and were wonderful. They were great at providing updates and walking me through the insurance process. Thank you!

Are you kidding me...? I had some serious business to take care of .. I got a flat while in the Car Wash down the block.... Came here a few minutes before opening hours...they received me...handled it quickly.....on my way... FABULOUS!!!

Got a oil change from here, few days after the oil change i got a low engine oil warning for my car, topped off and continued on for a bit. What i thought was increased oil consumption ended up being a cracked oil filter housing, last people who worked on the area was this shop. The advisor at the different shop said whoever did the last oil change over torqued the oil filter. Shocking that they don’t use a torque meter and just ugga dugga things on

Wouldn't know I wasn't able to be serviced. They would not inspect my car. Lightly tinted windows So I give them 3 stars because I'm not sure how they would have treated me. The man came out very serious and said NYS will not allow me to inspect your car take off tints and come back. Yeah right went to the next inspection station and it was done without a problem. Looked like a nice auto place. Try them why not

Been going here a couple of years—service has been fine and quick. Recently my girlfriend dropped my car off for an oil change. Guess what they charged her? **$160** they tacked on so many extra charges/did work that was not asked for. For example, they charged her $20 to “fill up the tires” and also changed the air filter. The tires did not need air and the filter did not need replacing, nor did she ask them to do any of that. They also charged her $20 to spray air down the sunroof drains to clear them out, which is something they’ve never charged me, a man, for. Dishonest and scummy to the core.

Super friendly and straight to the point. We got a second hand prius and it was very loud if you drove over 30 mph. We had no idea what it was. They hoped in my car after describing the problem and he knew right away it was the wheel bearings. Have me a quote with 2 prices so I had options. I didn't have the money at the time so I just left. No inspection fee which was a relief. We will definitely use them again and may end up fixing the bearings and we will use them if we do.
