To any educated individual, please identify a "cash grab" when you see one, because they will attempt to take advantage of any lack of car repair knowledge that one might have.I've done business with this sub-par tire shop twice before, due to minor issues that they will try to make into major ones. Please beware. Each time I've gotten diagnostics and quotes from them, I've found myself having to scratch my head, wondering if what they are even telling me makes sense. The first experience, they told me in order to fix an issue that had come across on their scanner, I would need to pay $1500 to fix a sensor, only then would they be able to determine if that was the problem or if it was another issue, they could not give me definitive diagnosis to save their lives. I went to another shop and got the problem fixed for $1000 less, and the tech pointed right to what the issue was. This 2nd time, I went in for a simple alignment, and was told that I would need to pay an extra $75 for them to tell me whether or not I will need to replace any suspension related wear item. News flash, WEAR ITEMS ARE CALLED WEAR ITEMS FOR A REASON, and my vehicle has 230,000+ miles on it, meaning there would likely be 1 or 2 wear items that COULD be replaced, but aren't life or death situations. The receptionist looked me in the eye and told me that they would need to diagnose those things in order to do the alignment, and that if I didn't get the work done through them, they would charge me $75 just for telling me s*** I could already assume. I'm a professional salesperson myself, so I simply told her how bad of a pitch she tried to make, and how educated individuals like me simply want what we ask for and to not be bulls***** by con-artists. I grabbed my keys, took my vehicle to the local tire discounters, and am back on the road riding smooth without a problem. Do better.

My husband and I pulled into Major Tire when we were passing by because someone made us aware that there was a plastic piece hanging off the bottom of the car. I think it was the plastic beneath the oil pan, not sure. They took us in right away which was awesome, put our car up and started to bolt back in the plastic piece so that it was no longer dragging while we drove. That said they would do this free of charge. We were relieved that it was nothing major and would be a simple fix. Once the plastic piece was fixed they lowered the car and when they weee pulling it out all of a sudden there was oil every where. All over their floor, coming from our car! The guy working on out car kept telling us that our oil filter was the wrong filter and that it was leaking. They told us we needed an oil change right away because all of the oil was running out of our car. They put our car back in the air and oil was leaking everywhere, ALL OF A SUDDEN. They told us that because the plastic piece was hanging it had captured all of the oil that was leaking out of the car and it had not fallen to the ground because it was trapped. Did not make any sense to me because we live on a hill and we park both facing up and down hill daily and saw no oil at all. I was extremely confused because we stopped in randomly to have a plastic piece secured so that it did not drag, and now we have to have an oil change or can’t get home. Or that what we were told. I declined. We left after they went really hard at inducing panic. We put oil in our car to make it back home and it leaked all out u til we got an oil change. We believe that they intentionally loosened our oil filter so that our oil would leak out and we would have no choice but to get the oil change right on the spot. Because I forgot to mention that I opted to leave because on the way out the door from just having the plastic secured one of the ladies who had ignored my husband prior runs out, stops the men driving out the car and says we don’t have a ticket on them, we do t have a ticket on them! Once I informed her that we were told that the service would be of no charge that when she returned to speak with them. After her speaking with the people working or looking at the car that’s when they wanted to put it back up in the air to show us how bad that oil had been leaking and how it was trapped. So I would be careful with these people. Our filter was fine before we stopped into their shop. Oil was not leaking from our car when they put it into the air the first time.

I’ll never use this shop again. I brought my Jeep in for an alignment and the technician said it could not be done due to rust. He said he didn’t even attempt to try and get it aligned he just worked on it for literally 5 min and said it wouldn’t work. This same Jeep just had a full suspension and other part installed and the mechanic was able to complete it and never mentioned the rust but the technicians here are too incompetent to even attempt doing the work apparently . They were happy to charge me 70 dollars though, to tell me they couldn’t do the job. This shop is a disgrace and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. UPDATE: apparently this shop is full of liars as well as rip off’s. The Technician never offered to complete the alignment he simply stated “he knows it will break so he’s not going to try it”. This shop just wanted to make more money off me by making me buy parts I didn’t really need. What a Pathetic attempt to try and make themselves look good in this situation by replying to my review with wrong information. Please avoid this shop if you can and save yourself the headache of dealing with shady people like these.

Man give this place. 10/10 The girls from customer service simply amazing and also bilingual. Was really impressed with the customer services Down to the mechanic him self. Very nice and very professional. only shop in town we found that had 24 ft garage to fit out bucket truck in there. Brought the truck to this guys and told then that we where kinda in a time crunch as we used the buckets for work and we worked that very same night we brought the truck over. Part was mad hard to find and we where bummed out about having to wait 5 to 6 days just tk get the part. Little sis we know , as soon as we handed over the keys they started working on finding the part. Wish before we left the place they told us they had found the part and it was being delivered to them same day. Gets better we leave thinking the truck will be worked on over the weekend……. Wrong again!!! We saw them working on the truck as we left. Before you know it they call us and told us to swing by before they close that they would have our truck ready 🤯🤯 we was mind blown. Way to go guys. We truly appreciate your efforts and all you did to get our truck on the road. Thanks to you we was able to work that night and did not miss any work. Much greatly appreciated. Fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Didn’t need a new tire… they were able to repair the old one which was great because a new tire wasn’t really in my budget. But when I do need new tires I’ll definitely go back.

Ended up with a flat from road debri that ripped my tire. They got me in and started right away, and even though my tire had to be bought to the shop from the warehouse, they got me done in about an hour. They also have great pricing. I will definitely go back there again, and they do brakes!

I needed a patch in one of my tires. That gave me a quote up front and stuck to it. And then had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. If they also have a 3 tire pump outside to be used at all hours. I highly recommend coming here if you need something.

Service on the car went well but the costumer service, not so much. I don’t know but from my experience, it seems like the older white lady is on some type of drugs. She seemed confused and out of touch.

The service was great. I was in and out in approx. 20 minutes. I went to another nationally known store and they said they couldn't get to it for a day or two. Kudos to Major Tire.

The way they had me in and out before I got off work today was top tier. My company tows for them and we recommend them, and personally I recommend them now as well. Top tier service in all departments!! Friendliness, service, knowledge, and follow through all 10/10. Thanks for the help with my Corolla today guys!!
