I've been going here for years. Service manager Ray Hill is the bomb. Trustworthy & Honest and tells me the way it is. If he says fix it, I do. My truck runs like a champ, 120,000 miles.

Was given an estimate when I took it in of $300 and change for rear brakes so I take it in for a simple brake job they call me and tell me to do the fronts too that it would be better and it would be like $900 they didn’t tell me this b4 then when they looked at it the first time but ok so I tell them no just do the rear brakes so they say ok it will be around half of that then. Didn’t think much at first but then I pick it up and it’s just over $500 Never again Will I take my car to these people. They straight up lied 🤥

Bought new tires last Monday and had them aligned and balanced. They look great, ride nice and right price. Rick and Jim were both a pleasure to do business with and look forward to having future service done with them.

I haven't worked with them directly, but my husband has. We have taken our cars there for years. Great service. They don't try to scam you. They are honest hard workers. We tried Conrad's for service briefly and instantly regretted it. We went straight back to ESS.
