Our vehicle ended up at the shop after some unexpected repairs were needed. From the day we first spoke with them until the time we picked our vehicle up they were wonderful to work with. They explained everything thoroughly and were very understanding of our situation. The work they performed was excellent as well, and came with a warranty. We would definitely recommend them, and use the shop again if needed.

Steven and the other gentleman (I apologize for not knowing) are very wise, knowledgeable, great guys. Offered/ gave me a ride home as it's my only vehicle. Very fair pricing. Had rear shocks replaced. Friendly, fun guys. Nice waiting area. They went above and beyond and had the car cleaned inside and out (better than I do myself even). I found them via RepairPal.com and recommend it and them. I have a background in automotive engineering and am a car guy through and through and this is my new service center.

These guys are great. My car wouldn't start. I got it jump started and they took care of the problems. They even found another potentially dangerous problem and let me know. Of course I had them fix that too. These guys are the best. Two times now they have saved me from bigger problems.. They even picked me up at car rental agency and took me back to the shop to get my car. People don't do things like that anymore. I highly recommend this shop. The work is top notch but the extra service is what sold me. Maryanne G

These guys have the biggest hearts and most trust worthy in the auto business. Most shops are trying to swindle every penny they can, not here. They stand behind their work and will go above and beyond for you every time. I highly recommend and will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thanks guys for your compassion and respect. After waiting over a month with ongoing wrong and missing part issues,having to pay extra for new problems not on original diagnostic ,the car was not fixed properly, we brought it back paid more several times and on final way home car stalled overheated wouldn't restart.(ran perfect when we brought it in just needed oil leak fixed which was confirmed by two other dealers diagnostic results ) Had to uber home have i it towed there AGAIN and were told "it sounded like it was essentially totaled( then they had destroyed it )probably now needed new head gasket(wouldnt even look at without more money ) not their fault nothing they could do" unless we kept paying for their repeated mistakes! After spending thousands of dollars to fix oil leak that was repeatedly never fixed correctly our beautiful Jaguar is now worthless! No apology no remorse !Run from this place! Especially retirees on fixed income!

I first went to Majestic Motors in June of 2019, upon recommendation by a local auto parts store after I had an Engine Error Code sampled by them. The mechanic at Majestic told me that the most likely problem with my car was the coolant system's thermostat. I authorized the repair and the car performed thereafter without further problems. Early this year, I noticed a new Check Engine alert on the dash. I took the car straight to my friends at Majestic and found that the engine needed a new Knock Sensor and electrical harness for it. Additionally, I told them that I was hearing a sound I've not heard before, especially when turning hard left or right. Brian, the mechanic, took the car in and replaced the sensor which fixed THAT problem. Additionally, he looked into the other problem and discovered a severely worn left-front wheel bearing. Again, I authorized the repairs. When the car was returned to me the following day, he told me that in addition to the wheel bearing, the CV Shaft was damaged due to the bad bearing. On his own, he replaced that CV Shaft, at no charge to me! THAT, folks, is a real honest service technician/owner. I also had the front light assemblies replaced. The originals were so smoky from age that the light emitted was very weak for night driving. They returned my car in EXCELLENT condition as well as fully washed and detailed! Hats off to Brian and Steven at Majestic Motors. I will forever take my vehicle to them for any and all repairs! You guys are THE BEST! Thank you, sincerely. My 2002 Toyota now runs as quiet and smooth as it did when it was new.

I'm very happy with the owners at Majestic Motors. Put a water pump in my 2013 Ford Explorer. Service was excellent and they went the extra mile in getting my car in Bradentom and getting it clean after fixing it. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Steven and Brian.

I've been a car owner in Sarasota for 20 years and I haven't ever been able to find a mechanic that I trust until I found Majestic Motors. Got quoted from two other shops for a timing belt replacement and tune up job, they both quoted me around the $1100 price range for parts and labor. Went to Majestic Autos and spoke with Brian about it. He is a really sincere and understanding guy when we talked. He suggested multiple times the ease of doing the tune up on my own to save money. He understood I am a college student needs his old car so I went to OReily's to get the parts i needed for the tune up and asked him if he could throw the parts in for me. He did both the timing belt and tune up for a lot less than I expected coming from a $1100 price point. Majestic Motors are the guys to go to in the Sarasota area you will never over charge and they will always work with you to get what you want done.

Honest. I was from out of town and in a tough spot. I could’ve been taken advantage of pretty easily because I was stuck about 150 miles from home. The promptness and honesty saved the day. If I lived anywhere close to this shop I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Def worth giving them your business

Kiwi and Brian were more than accommodating when I came in with 3 sheared off wheel studs on my 1965 vintage camper. Parts were all discontinued and I had very little options as I was camping here only for a few days. Kiwi was amazing with his creative idea on how to fix/replace the studs and we even did wheel bearings. They were so kind, professional, helpful and courteous...they went out of their way to get me back on the road. I highly recommend this place, they work hard, they talk to you respectfully and in layman’s terms. The bill was beyond fair! I was expecting it to be way more! This place will definitely get all my business any time I’m in Sarasota! I love these guys and you will too!!!!

I got a great price from brian at Majestic Motors. He put a rebuilt motor in my 2003 f-150 ford truck and its running great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly there and they did the job right on time. Im very happy and i reccomend Majestic Motors because I will be going back for sure.

Needed help with my son's Buick Century (2005) AC system. Brian found the problem and had a quick repair that was professional, friendly, reasonable, and inexpensive. Now the AC is ice cold. In addition to that, both Brian and Kiwi provided some helpful advice on another issue with the car at no cost for their diagnosis, time and ideas.
