Terribly bad this place here is called Majestic....the fixed my car an didn't give me rest of my money back.. this place that is is now is Elite car care or Elite something...they say they not the same ppl but doing nearby the same neg work for ppl...Elite didn't finish my car and every time I went back he had an excuse but tons of other cars there kept telling me to go back only to never get it done.. when i can still see damage and unbuffed paint. Its been 5 months, they haven't reached back out to finish such a small job so it goes to the legal hands from there.

I went to see them yesterday about a damage to my car. I was told that they could fix it and to bring car back today at 1:00 pm. I arrived promptly at 1:00 pm and was told that they were backed up. I was asked to come back today at 5:00 pm. sharp. I arrived at 4:55 pm and was told that they were still running behind and to bring car tomorrow at 9:00. I told them no thank you. I had made two appointments and both times they canceled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The person that owns this business is never there. He comes when he gets ready. They let other outsiders paint cars smh. Very disappointed..

Took my car to the shop in APRIL TO GET REPAIR I RECEIVED MY CAR ON JULY 17th 2020 Had over 90 Days My. INSURANCE ONLY PAID FOR 30 days That’s what my POLICY STATES DAMIEN THE CURRENT OWNER OF MAJESTIC BODY SHOP TOLD MY INSURANCE CARRIER HE WOULD PAY FOR ANYTHING OVER MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I ENDED UP WITH A $2095.00 BILL FROM THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY THAT WAS JULY 17th HASNT BEEN PAID YET I AM ON A FIX INCOME I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR COMMUNITY THAT IS TRYING TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS
