After hearing noises from my car which sounded like it might be from an exhaust leak, I decided to stop in at Majestic Automotive to have it checked out. James came out to my car to listen, but couldn't identify where the leak was coming from, so he offered to put my car on the rack to get a better look. He had me come out to the shop and he showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and what he would do to fix it. I asked when I could make an appointment to complete the repair and James offered to fix it immediately if I could wait 45 minutes, which I was more than happy to do. This was all done on a Friday afternoon at what I would consider an extremely reasonable and fair cost. My experience with James and Majestic was very positive and I will definitely be back!

Super quick muffler replacement. Thought I needed an entire exhaust but didn’t. Good sign of their integrity by not taking advantage. Finished in 30 minutes.

We took one of our kid's cars here based on a recommendation. I couldn't be happier that we decided to drive the extra few minutes. We initially went to have a coolant leak fixed and were provided excellent and quick service. We have multiple kids who drive and after our initial experience already brought in a second car the very next day. As a note, we live about 40 min away... So it's a longer drive. But we will bring our cars here going forward whenever possible. We are car people, having owned classics, imports, and high-power cars with plenty of experience with shops around the country. This is an honest and talented shop and I couldn't recommend it more!

They’re not only incredibly honest but also kind—traits that are rare in the automotive repair industry. Great business highly recommend. My mother is 82 she was told by another automatic that she needed new brakes and rotars. So she scheduled an appointment with Majestic which she was informed the brakes and rotors were good no need to be changed. It's great to know there are still honest people out there.

After getting a custom exhaust on my 2013 Lincoln at another shop, I just wasn’t 100 % “happy” with it. Well after visiting 2 or 3 more shops, I ended up at Majestic after finding them on Google. -Bingo we have a winner. Tim & Lynn are down to earth as they come & Tim DEFINITELY knows how to weld up an exhaust!! He listened & basically took the time to show me what he was doing every step of the way. I can finally say that I’m done with my exhaust setup & I have something now that I’m happy with. I highly recommend the folks over at Majestic.

I have used Majestic in the past for having my vehicle looked at and worked on. I have always appreciated their old school system and honesty as it is hard to find these days. Unfortunately this second time around I was extremely disappointed. I was attempting to get my car in for service before I headed out on a trip and was told several times to call back so I could get an appointment closer to my departure date (since they do their scheduling on a white board). I called once a week on the day I was told to call and each time I was told to call back. Up until this last week when I was told that they were booked until the end of the year. Now I have to scramble to find a place to get service before my departure date. I understand things fill up quickly however as mentioned I am disappointed and not sure I can rely on returning to Majestic as they may not have appointments for me.
