I've had a great experience using mainline marine for servicing my 20 year old mercury outboard on a recently purchased used Boston whaler. Colton fixed some problems from neglected service and tuned up the engine... It now runs better than ever since I've owned it... Great customer service and quality mechanics which is hard to find these days... Thanks!!!

Colton at Mainline Marine has top notch customer service! We bought a motor from him, took it to the lake and he was available for any questions we had. Our second motor we bought from him, he actually came out to the lake with us to test & tune. You don’t find this type of personal, complete customer service anymore. He’s got customers for life with our family! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend & I recently bought a boat from mainline marine and the employees made it such an easy process! Love that it’s a local and family ran. No joke, probably the best customer service out there. Not only are they amazing at fixing our boat, but goes above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our trip on the water. I recommend to everyone who needs an honest mechanic who will do what it takes to make you love having a boat forever! Update- 5/25/24. Colton never ceases to amaze us. He continues to be the best. He is always willing to save our weekends. If you need help with whatever boat issues you are having.... Mainline is the only place you should be going!

This boat shop is hands down the best in the area. Not only are they fair prices, they are honest, reliable, and warranty their work. They fixed all the repairs on my boat that was caused by a different "boat mechanic ". I was finally able to enjoy my boat again. I wish they worked on jet skis, that's their only downside. Kelly, in the office provides excellent customer service. Colton the mechanic and owner communicated with me about the process as he fixed things. Thank you, Mainline Marine.

Colton and his team are absolutely the best in town. I purchased a pre-owned 200 hp Mercury and the guys had this thing in quickly and professionally. This engine is awesome! Don't waste your time and money with these other guys in town.

I took the lower end of my 1999 yamaha 0x66 250 hp motor in for a repair..Colton and his crew did a great job I now have my 1977 Mako 21 foot boat in his shop as it has a fuel related issue going on..I am sure Colton will get the job done as im in a timeline cruch to ship the boat to Ixtapa Zihuatenajo Mexico.... Today is Monday October 23rd 2023 Colton let me know he thinks he found the fuel issue and it is coming from inside the boat motor...he is driving from Tucson to Prescott to get the part he believes will correct the issue..pretty amazing Will post more once boat is fixed

We stop by main line on our way to the lake just to get an idea of what it is we would be looking for and we were blown away with a great customer service that we found here that we ended up agreeing on the boat. Not only was the service great upon buying the boat but after as well they answered all our questions and continue to see us with any questions we have about the boat. The customer service here is second to none if you're in the market for looking for a new boat stop here first

We traveled out of town from Albuquerque to buy a boat on consignment at Coltons shop. We took it out on the lake the next day, engine overheated. We called to at least get some advice as to why this was happening, Colton packed his tools and drove 5 hours the next day to work on the boat. That is service after the sale! He fixed it in one hour. You guys are awseome. Would give ten stars if I could.

Brought my bayliner in for a realignment(kimble bearing) and the beautiful lady at the front desk was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The young man Colton, who runs the marina shop is 100% excellent young man's I purchased on Mercury 150 a month and a half ago an engine on my boat a half of 27 years with a 125 Mercury. Due to the exchange he has stepped up over and above to make sure me as a customer has been taken care of and satisfied. I used the boat last Saturday. Let's talk fishin tournament at Roosevelt Lake that boat gets up and move. He did a great job and putting on the engine and my partner Alf Penland It was very impressed with the power and the function of the boat and motor. I thank you Colton.

So we had a Reinell mercruiser B1 out at the river (6hrs from Tucson), just after some repairs at MMS. Reverse and Neutral didn’t work after launching. We called Colton at Mainland Marine Specialists and they drove 5-6 hours to the Colorado river and repaired our boat and saved the vacation. Thanks. Awesome service.

BEWARE!! Worst Marine Shop there is In Tucson. TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE, Yeah they did help with payments, And Ive only had ONE BAD check ever in my life, Which bank statements that your ex wife can prove that.. The work was not done..I waited 3 months for injectors, which still to this day never sent me the remaining injectors, blamed it on "shipping issues, All so you could not be able to finish the engine so you wouldn't be liable for the engine build. 5k later, Broken steering cable, Trim dont work, Leaking Water poppet valve and Engine Bogs down... WHAT A WAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, Thanks for the life lesson ..
