I had the most frustrating experience with Tim. From the moment he answered the phone, he was already complaining and in a terrible mood. He insisted he had never quoted me anything, and his negativity only escalated from there. As he looked up my vehicle, instead of being helpful, he just kept grumbling and making snide remarks. It felt like I was bothering him simply by asking for assistance! To top it all off, after all his complaining, he actually told me to go somewhere else before hanging up on me. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will absolutely never go back to this place again, and I strongly advise others to stay away as well. Save yourself the headache!

My car broke down on a Sunday while visiting from out of town. I had the car towed to their shop and headed home to Miami. The Main Street team called me during the week to keep me updated on progress and arranged for me to be able to pick up the following Sunday, without any extra charges for leaving my car for so long. I really appreciate their honesty and flexibility and how accommodating they were, even though we never actually met in person!

Good honest shop. My AC went out recently and I thought it was going to be an expensive fix like a new compressor. Turns out my AC fluid had just leaked gradually over the years (I have a 2007 WRX STI, so the seals are a bit old). They filled it up and all good :) Will go back!

Hands down the best shop anywhere. Extremely professional, reasonable and friendly group. They could run a clinic on how businesses should operate. Obviously I highly recommend these guys.

I went there because of the reviews, unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. Made an appt online 5 days prior to dropping off vehicle, got this blank stare when I pulled up to drop off car, asking me if I had an appt. Of course I said yes, he grabbed his phone and said “maybe it went to spam, I don’t have any appt for you”. Wasn’t concerned, didn’t care, not trying to accommodate, didn’t ask any real details, just kept saying “I have no appt for you in the system”,even after I told him I had confirmation date and number generated by his system, etc. (which was ironic because I looked on the counter to see a paper calander with their appts written down, I guess that was “their system”. Anyways, it’s too bad, because I was hoping to find a local business owner to be our mechanic, but I guess they aren’t it. Or maybe he only works on his buddies and neighbors and local people “he knows”, because he did have this unpleasant shocked look on his face when we pulled up. Too bad my experience wasn’t good, I wouldn’t recommend, but others seem to have good experiences based on reviews???

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. The brothers are honest and know what they are doing. Appointments are always on time and your car is never left there for days without an update. They’re awesome.

This place is AMAZING!! Honest, inexpensive and fast. How often does that occur? I will always take my vehicles here. Replaced my radiator within a day.

This shop is honest, repairs only what is necessary and is very reasonably priced. I needed new brakes, while on vacation in Sarasota and Tim was great. Addressed my repair needs quickly with no upsells. I HIGHLY recommend.

Brought my 19 year old Mercedes convertible and explained I was taking a road trip and wanted to make any possible repairs. I know these people from my Rav4 and when I got back they said you need tires. I expect most shops would have found more than tires, frankly. Very happy with their service over the last few years.

Long story short, I had an appointment for calibrating a device in my truck and during the process my battery kept crapping out. They finished the procedure and than proceeded to jump start my battery because it was dead as a door nail.. I leave the shop and get about 2 blocks away before my truck dies. Oh boy! So I call them with my fingers crossed that to see if they could help me in any way (which by the way is a long stretch. These guys are super busy and extremely hard working). Not only did Tim and Brandon tow my truck back to his shop but they decided to give me a used battery which was still very much in working order so I could be on my way. I was absolutely in shock and almost cried at the sincere generosity and thoughtfulness towards me. Thank you guys so very much! See you again soon!!

Tim, The Owner might be the best & most honest mechanic & store owner I have ever met! I took my vehicle in for an oil leak. He diagnosed it plus found the transmission leak & crack in the radiator. He explained the difference between the cost of the repair & a new vehicle. I live in Fort Myers Beach but will take all my cars to Tim! Curt Farris
