When you pay for a service, you expect to get what you paid for and my last two visits to Magnum will be my last. They did not vacuum the backseat, did not clean the interior well, still mud/dirt (from my dog) on my middle console, didn't clean the floor mats in front seat. I paid for the most expensive wash they have too. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We were in town from Ohio visiting relatives. Our car was caked with salt and dried muck. It was probably the worst car to be washed they saw all day!! The job this place did was absolutely fabulous. I only got the $14 version since we were doing much more traveling and I mostly wanted all that salt spray removed. But, it turned out to be one of the best washes I ever had, ever. After leaving the machine wash area, there were several manned stations where people were wiping and cleaning all over our vehicle by hand. They did a wonderful job, including the tires and rims. If I had done the work myself it probably wouldn't have been any better. If there were 10 Stars, I would be giving it to this place!!

Disappointed in my visit today. Will not be returning. Here's why- Upon arrival, no one was there to greet cars pulling in, there were no other cars at the entry at that time. Then a young girl with vivid color hair came out. I asked questions between 2 of the options to better make a decision. She was unknowledgeable, but nice. I decided to go with the Executive option which is $37, I believe, the most expensive option on their menu board. Before I actually made the call on which wash, a boy opened my passenger side and started vacuuming without acknowledging his presence. I was going to let that go but after I got back in my car the vacuuming job was POORLY done. I felt rushed. The shop got busy. I was only there for about 20 minutes which tells me they didn't take their time (usually it takes at least 30 mins). The lane my car ended up at for the finishing touches was 2 young employees (boy and girl) sounded like they were in my car doing more talking than working (I waited outside so I couldn't help but notice). The main reason I chose the Executive option is because I had a spill on my backseat, it wasn't touched. There were crumbs I noticed before exiting my vehicle that were still there when the car was ready. I ended up going down the street and re-vacuuming, re-wiping everything. My car was not bad to begin with, just needed a good wipe down from dust and vacuum. This was my 4th time taking my car there this year. Every other time has been fine, but it's not worth risking $40 to have to turn around and redo it all. Shouldn't have wasted my money.

I paid for a basic wash and they didn’t even touch my wheels on my frontier. As a detailer myself I would never let a vehicle leave in the condition my wheels were in. I figured wheels were a basic necessity in cleaning a car.

My car had not been washed in a couple years and got executive package and very pleased! Car has not looked that good since I drove it off showroom! Will definitely go back!

I cannot make this up. When wiping down my car at the end they popped one of my side mirrors out of the socket. I stepped out of my car to inspect the mirror dangling and when I turned to the 5 people who just wiped down my car, all 5 in unison started walking back in the building to avoid responsibility. Smh I got an Inspection here and I failed for having two bald tires. They told me that after I got the tires replaced that I could come back and only pay half rate for a new inspection. I got the tires fixed the next day. When I came back they said the inspection guy was on vacation for a month??? So I had to go somewhere else and pay the full rate. Why even have the service there if you can’t be consistent. Lastly, As soon as I stepped out my car they rapidly threw trash and objects away. I saw them throw out a pendant that was clearly not trash so I had to ask them to stop so that I could dig my stuff out the trash. Moral of the story, they clean your car well and do it quickly but be prepared for damages and missing items in the end.

Poor customer service. Waited OVER an hour. They didn’t move my car in time when it was done from the wash and had to run my car back through the car wash so then 5 more cars were put in front of my and instead of prioritizing my vehicle after waiting so long they did all of the others and I ended up waiting on my car for an hour and 20 min to just be dried down and whipped clean on the inside. And no one inside did anything about it. Poor customer service!

This place is awesome. The price is right and they do a great job. Some guy went beyond and got this stain out of my seat I thought was permanent from my little girl spilling stuff. Highly recommend

I had the VIP wash and they did a terrible job. they didnt even vaccum between front seats. didnt wipe off console. back door the dust around door was terrible. called back and complained with no reaction.

Took our truck today and was disappointed with the service. Streaks on the windows and windshield. Poor job of vacuuming and the truck bed was only half washed. We have had good service before today. Don't know what happened today.

I went there today, and I won't be going back. My car came out of the carwash and set there for 15 minutes running, waiting for someone to come get the car to start detailing it. I got in the car and left.

Absolutely one of the best car washes I have been to anywhere. I am from Cleveland Ohio, where a good car wash like this is impossible to find. What was a real bonus, was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I couldn’t be happier.

Eveytime I come here I recieve great customer service. Today, not only was I whistled at by the employee named Giarmo, he gave me a long scolding look beacuse I refuse to move my car up forward, when there was no more room left to do so, due to a Heavy Duty huge pick up trick in front of me in the check in lane. I need the Manager Alex to follow up with me asap, if you value my continued business, since apparently he was not available. Otherwise if I dont hear back from management I will no longer be returning to Magnum Car Wash on Jonestown Rd location here in Winston-Salem. Not only are the prices going up on each visit, but to be mistreated, and intimidated by a rude employee is totally unacceptable as a long term customer

Just got the VIP car wash .. and it SUCKED.!! Word of advice to the owner operator..Stop freaking washing cars till you are caught up with the ones you are working on.!! My car was completely dry before it was started on then they rush and have the nerve to want a tip..!! Here’s a tip .. do a better job .. !! I’ll never come back again 25 freaking dollars for that ill do it myself..

Yes!!! I got my oil changed, annual inspection and a detail in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday. There are loads of vehicle accessories to buy if you need mats, trash receptacles, license plate frames and key chains if you need them. They have tables and vending machines inside but they don't get mad if you bring in outside food (Wendy's is right next door with outside seating). There are a couple of chairs outside as well. They have different price levels to fit your budget. They are completely judgement free and do a pretty good job in just a few minutes. The last time I went, I got the full shebang; my dashboard done with Arrmor All, the Rainex treatment for my windows, rugs shampooed, leather treatment, rims cleaned and tire shine along with the VIP wash for less than $100. There is also a free air freshener of your choice. Don't forget to get cash back for the tip, your car is hand dried and the inside is wiped down. Worth every second of my time and money. I go at least one a month.
