Brought my 2013 Fiesta to Mad Hatter for a second opinion, unfortunately they confirmed my suspicions there is too much work that needs to be done and it is time for a new vehicle. Mad Hatter sent detailed photos of each issue and called to discuss prior to starting any work. Although I declined the work (which they agreed was best) the pricing for that level of diagnostic was very reasonable. Zack was very helpful with my loss - he suggested places to look for a vehicle within my budget (and which to avoid) and quoted $80 for a pre-purchase inspection when I find a vehicle I like. If their pre purchase inspections are as thorough as the diagnostic I received, I know my next vehicle is in good hands.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Car went from overheated on the side of the road dumping coolant to roadworthy in the span of a day.

Excellent customer service by Vince and Collin. Their diagnostics are spot-on and their mechanics really know their stuff. They usually have a loaner car, but since it’s not available, they even paid for my lyft when I dropped off my car. I’d highly recommend Mad Hatter!

Vince was quite helpful in diagnosing some of my vehicles uneven break wear issues. His tech was thorough and explained the issues clearly. There was no attempt to upsell on extra products. I’ve used mat hatter a few times in the past and have always had great experiences

I was disappointed that my key won’t come out of the key place it was fine when I took it in I’ve never had any problems with it ever before called them they said it was that way when they got it was not didn’t offer to fix it without paying them more money

Collin was very nice and attentive ! He definitely answered questions that I had. They only thing that sucks is the labor price it’s definitely expensive! But it was awesome how they found what was wrong and sent pictures that way we can fix the problems.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I was quoted $1400 for getting my alternater replaced that ended up taking less than 15 minutes. Not only did they try to charge me for extra parts that I didn’t need (a belt and a bracket), but even after the service, nothing was actually fixed. I was charged nearly $375 for them to look at my car and change a bracket that didn’t even need replacing. In the end, I got the same job done elsewhere for just $100. Extremely overpriced and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I will say however, Collin was very nice over the phone.

Awesome Shop. Re-engined a 2017 Jeep G. Cherokee & replaced my HVAC evap core w/in dash. Both major jobs and I wanted to hold off reviewing until I got a couple months of driving and ~1,000 miles on the road. Colin was phenomenal talking through options over two weeks to address my radiator coolant disappearing/white exhaust. He shopped around for engine options (new/used). No issues for a few major jobs!

Highly recommend. They saved the day! My wife and son broke down on a road trip moving my son half way across the country. They took in the car same day and had the clutch replaced in 24 hours, allowing my wife get back on the road. They assisted with transportation to a hotel and even secured the moving trailer she had. I'm sure that's not standard and I can't thank them enough for how they helped. The price tag of the work hurt, but if you want it fast and good, it won't be cheap, so that's on me. But getting my wife moving was the priority and they came through big time.
