Really enjoyed working with Shawn to determine my car was likely a total loss. Funny to say you enjoyed the process of having your car totaled but he was super personable and tactful - I will absolutely return here when I have body work needs in the future!

I used this auto shop for my car after a collision. Some of the staff were polite. While the updates were appreciated, the repair itself was terrible. Cosmetically the car looks great, but repair on the door itself is just as bad as the day of the wreck. Too much sound gets into the door and is very noisy. And when it rains, water gets into the vehicle. There’s also a crack on the sound speaker that was not there before. I’m very unhappy with the entire experience. I would not recommend this shop.

It's been nearly two years of me waiting for them to get my emblem logo for my 2014 f150. They wanted me to source it so they can install it after they had already "ordered it". They said they no longer made the emblem, but after 5 minutes of googling I found a OEM emblem.

I've had to take my car to an auto body shop twice in recent years and chose Mackin's on N. Denver for various reasons. Both times have gone extremely smoothly. The staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable plus very patient with all my questions while having to deal with my insurance company. I hope I don't need car repairs any time soon but if I do, I'll absolutely return here. It's hard to find good body shops in town and this place is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and fair pricing. Had some damage to my ‘09 Highlander done out of pocket and not only did Mackin’s provide me with one of the lower estimates, they make sure to update the customers every Tuesday and Thursday. Additionally, they understandably would not provide an estimated completion date due to the many issues with getting parts these days, so I prepared for the worst. I needn’t have worried. I had my expertly completed car back in only 10 days! That they also detailed it was the cherry on the top. Will use them for all of my auto body repair needs.

I was involved in a minor fender bender and one of the Auto-Body Shops recommended to me by my Insurance company was Mackin’s. The overall cost was extremely reasonable and the level of customer service and communication I received throughout my transaction far exceeded all expectations! My car looks beautiful and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Mackin’s to anyone looking for a true bang for your buck!

Mackin’s did such a great job with my car after a recent accident. I find the process of dealing with car insurance really stressful, especially as I haven’t had to navigate this before. They were so helpful with making things as easy as they possibly could for me and my car looks great. I got lots of updates along the way and they even sent someone to pick up my partner to come get the car when it was done. Thank you! Will definitely come here again if I ever need more auto body work (hopefully not !!)

I am very particular about my car, and I cannot recommend this place enough. I had to have the hood of my crosstrek completely replaced. It was projected to take two weeks and they got it done in less than a week and a half. They used all OEM parts and paint and the job was done perfectly. Their team is super responsive and provided frequent updates via text and phone calls. When I went to pick it up, the entire outside and inside of my car was cleaned, vacuumed, and detailed. I felt like I was driving my car off of the lot. I really appreciate this place. They took what is normally a stressful ordeal and made it a fantastic experience. Highly recommend these guys.

Last week I woke up to a flat tire- I tried really hard to put the donut on myself but was unsuccessful. I called the nearest mechanic which happened to be Mackin's, hoping they could help me, and they so did. They sent an awesome young man out who changed my tire and sent me on my way just out of kindness. I realized in my fluster I never even asked for his name, but I called the shop back to describe him and the gent on the phone said he believed it was Gavin. If so, Gavin was kind, professional, quick, and reminded me there's still kindness out there. I'm sorry it took me over a week to write this review in, please know I am very grateful for your help. I'll be back to ask about some body work soon!

Mackin's repaired my car after a hit and run driver took out the side of it. Their service and communication was excellent! The workman ship is excellent. I picked my car up earlier than expected and was able to drop my rental car there and they took care of getting it returned. I highly recommend them.

Makins is just down the street from my house, but even if they weren't, I would still drive across town to use them as they provide an amazing level of service. Our family has used them for 4 different collision repairs over the last 8 years and every experience has been great. After our last repair I was supposed to pick up a part, but didn't realize they closed early on Friday and wasn't going to make it, but then my awesome service writer Nathaniel actually dropped it off at my house as he was leaving work. Can't recommend Makin's more!!

Both men that I had contact with at this Gresham location were rude and didn't have a clue about customer service and forgot the Golden Rule completely; I will not only NOT return here, but will share my awful experience with others. Sorry you couldn't just be nicer!

They did amazing work on an insurance repair, it felt like I had a new car! Then almost a year later when the headlight failed, Grant contacted their parts supplier, got me a new one under warranty and replaced it for me without charge! The dedication, professionalism and standard of care can’t be beat. It’s way out of my way but I won’t use another body shop!
