I had the rear bumper fender painted to match the rest of the car. They blended in the paint job and it looks awesome! Everyone I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was half the price of other quotes.

The experience was not good unfortunately. My car was vandalized and my new set of wedding rings stolen along with some money that was hidden and some gift cards. The manager is taking his own time about looking at the footage. The police was called and a report made. I still have to take my car back to get the clear coat on part of the trunk. The work on the car is good. I was not satisfied with those who worked on my car.

Trainers training new management for 3rd new management in about 2 yrs at the mooresville location. I was happy with the price and paint work on my replacement plastic fender. But, another maaco location in Charlotte was $100 higher and not flexible to quote me a reasonable price like the Mooresville location did when I was just bringing in a plastic fender to paint and installing it myself after a blowout ripped my car fender flair off about a yr after my car had been repainted by Maaco.

Ryan the manager there is awesome. Ran into some issues due to our faulty headlight (we brought in) and was willing to work with us and make it work. Highly recommend, honest, sets expectations in advance and you can tell he's dedicated to his work.

Maaco does incredible work, I had just gotten my car back from another shop that attempted to charge me over 9 grand for bodywork repairs, and had questionable work, but I took my car to Maaco, and they were able to fix all the damage for $1400, and were efficient and respectful. Great work!

I love all the many colors you have to choose from and feel like I have a new car again! I love my little car and was just not ready to say goodbye so I got a fresh color and now feel like I kept my favorite car and got a new one at the same time!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maaco and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job on my Mustang as well as my race cars. The quality of their work is outstanding and I recommend yall come out and cheer on the 23 Late model at Hickory Motor Speedway and see the work for yourself. From the moment I walked in, Charlene was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of the process which took my car from plain to an amazing work of art on track and off. She took the time to explain the repair/paint process and kept me updated throughout. My cars were returned to me in amazing condition with amazing paint work it was like a just bought them from the chassis builder. They were looking as good as new. I highly recommend Maaco for anyone in need of top-notch auto collision repair.

This review is based on customer service alone and not an actual repair. Unfortunately, the customer experience was so increidbly bad, we had to take two cars and leave after the regional manager sitting at a desk looking at his phone told us "if you dont like it you can leave" around 10:30 am this morning. I had scheduled an appointment with the manage to arrive and have two jobs done; one was the repainting of a hood and the other was to replace a hood with a new hood and paint. Over the phone I was never given an exact amount, which is fine but was however, quoted almost double the cost when arriving. I was surprised as you could imagine with the difference and I was like "no way I'm paying that amount." After being quoted double what I expected, I was not longer interested but I did think they would work with me as the person on the phone had done prior to my arrival. The quotes were tossed on top of the desk with highlighted prices. No discussion, nothing. The attitude was they didnt care about my business nor did they care about my future business. When I tried to discuss this with them, the regional manager said, "if you dont like it you can leave." I replied "thats just fine, I'll write a review........" and this is the review. I called back later to speak with the person that initially setup my appointment and she went over everything with me and apologized profusely for what had happened. Although we couldnt reach a deal she was professional, courteous and a great resource. Unfortunately, the regional manager created a hostile atmosphere for me and my son and assured us that he didnt care whether we were customers or not. Unknown to him, my father had worked in car sales from the early 60s to the early 90s and had always trusted Maaco for their value, service and committment to creating great long term relationships. During my son's mishap, I told him to just wait, that Maaco would work with us. Not only was I wrong about Maaco after years of great service, I was in essence talked down to by the regional manager. No negotiations nor concern for anything. He just went back to texting on his phone sitting down and did absolutely nothing to help the person wrting up the quote; it appeared that the two of them had a disagreement about something prior to our arrival or we interrupted something by walking in to get work done. After this episode, I'll never recommend or visit a Maaco for any reason. You've guarateed that me, my son, my family and extended family amounting to about 15 of us, will never look to Maaco for any assistance with our automotive needs. After years of confidence and great service, this is what Maaco has become. Truly a dissapointing experience from a real American company trusted by so many. This is not the Maaco that I know.

Had my front bumper replaced, repainted and refitted on my 2015 Hyundai Genesis. Shop were polite, gave me a speedy, detailed quote, very reasonably priced. Quote was kept and timing car was promised to be available, also met. Overall very happy. Maaco gone up in my opinion!

Just to update a review from a month ago by M.M. They respond to these negative reviews for someone to reach out to their customer service to make everything right again. When we tried this, they never responded. We’ve sent two emails to them in the last month and got nothing sent back to us. You can’t add an additional review with the same google account and you can’t respond to your former review so I had to for my wife. The whole experience with them was a joke and this even made it worse that they say they’ll do something but it’s just a lie to make it seem like they do the right thing. I do not recommend them to anyone

Wonderful experience from a great team at the Mooresville Maaco. This was easily my 3rd or 4th vehicle I’ve had them spray for me. This particular vehicle was a 25 year old Toyota 4Runner that had seen better days, so I knew Maaco would have their work cut out for them in reconditioning. I opted for the base/clear in addition to a few hundred dollars extra for minor dings, dents, and surface prep. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of the job they did. Dark, metallic colors are even more of a challenge to obtain a proper, uniform finish, and they knocked it out of the park. There was one very minor flaw in the rear quarter panel (resulting from a spot missed in sanding), and without question they offered to keep my truck a few days longer to sand it, spray and blend it in. This team genuinely seems to care about the customer experience, and it’s evident in many ways. For an affordable full paint job, my expectations were far surpassed.

I will say the paint job is….decent, however, I informed them that I wanted my car painted midnight plum pearl and was asked for the paint code which i did not have. After showing them a picture of the color i wanted, they responded by saying, "I can look up the paint code for you." However, they didn't confirm the color code with me. Despite paying $1100 for the paint job, when I picked up the vehicle, I was shocked to find that it was completely the wrong color. When I asked if they could repaint it, they said, "We can offer you a discount on another paint job, but we cannot repaint it for free." Basically saying I need to pay hundreds more for a paint job I asked for in the first place. Please take a look at the photos showing the color I requested versus what I received.

I'm probably being generous w/1 star. My suv needed both passenger doors repaired after I accidently side swiped my neighbors truck. I was recommended to Maaco. I dropped my suv off on 3/25, they said 5 to 10 bus. days. On 3/27 I called to ask a ? & then asked if they thought it would be done by the 4th, they said that it would be done tomorrow, 3/28 & I thought awesome. I called 3/28 to pick it up, they said that there was an issue w/ the paint job, they apologized & they were going to repaint it & would hopefully have it re-done by Mon the 4th. Ok, still w/in the 5-10 days. On 4/1 I called & was told their guy still needed to put some stuff back on, it should be ready no later than today or by the end of the day on 4/2. Never heard anything so called 4/2, told that their guy was actually out & they had nobody to do it so they would try to have it done by 4/4 or 4/5, I was upset because they knew my husband was having surgery & I had needed it before then. It wasn't ready again by 4/5 so by 4/8 I just wanted my car & was done with excuses, they said I could pick it up. When I went in to pick it up they asked how I would be paying, I said debit..they gave me my total & said ok it's 4k, I said no..they were confused & I stated no..this is being paid for by insurance..they asked if insurance sent me a check & I said no they sent THEM a check. They told me someone hit their mailbox so maybe that's where it was. But imagine if they hadn't confirmed the amount & had charged my bank account 4k? That was the beginning of the ridiculousness. On 4/8 w/in 5 min. of getting home I noticed SO many issues. There were big scratches on the side panels that weren't even worked on, the buttons were peeling, the back passenger door was sticking out, there was sticky stuff on both chrome parts above the windows, the inside was covered in dust & smelled so bad of chemicals, the dust was even covering my daughter's car seat. I brought this to their attention via email, sent pics & they said to bring it back in, which I could not do until Thurs because I needed my car that week. Driving my car the first 2 days I noticed even MORE issues w/ the interior so I sent them more pics showing how disgustingly dirty the insides were, a chunk missing from the leather on the door, scuffs all over the insides of both doors, a large bubble in the actual door under my window. Again, they apologized & said they still had MY interior doors so they could put them back on. I was a little taken aback because they admitted that they kept my nice doors(my interior is in excellent condition) & they didn't just replace the exterior panels but they gave me salvage interior doors & kept mine thinking I wouldn't notice. When I brought my car back in to have them fix these issue they caused, I heard so many excuses "oh the girl obviously scratched your panel w/ a razor blade when doing this" or "our regular guy wasn't in so someone else cleaned it" or " the guy must not have noticed all of the issues w/ the salvage doors"..I just kept trying to be nice & said OK & left after they said it should be ready again by 4/16 no later than 4/17. Here comes 4/17 & my husband called to ask if we could pick it up..well guess what, it wasn't ready but they said they should again have it ready by 4/18 or the morning of 4/19. No phone call on 4/18..so my husband again called 4/19 & asked where my car was...they then told him that it should be done today but might possibly not be done until Monday 4/22.at this point my husband said "nope, you will get it done today...I want my car done by today, that's it". So I was FINALLY able to get my car back on Friday 4/19. The door panel sticks out (not an original problem) & I don't even know what to do about that but the rest of the issues were fixed & it was finally given to us in almost the same condition(minus the sticking out door). Suffice it to say, I will not be using them again & absolutely cannot recommend them. There simply is no excuse for the issues and run around we were given.

Paint job was acceptable for price. Few small scratches not sanded well and one week turned into 2 and a half but would recommend if not expecting perfect.

They painted my father's 67 camero last week. What a beautiful job they did!! He couldn't be more pleased. Looks brand new! Recommend Maaco in mooresville to everyone. From start to finish was a very pleasurable experience.

Beware of the excessive rebar they left sticking out of the parking concrete slabs. They painted it yellow like the block. Thought my car had just bottomed out a little. When i reversed it ripped the bumper off my vehicle. All the manager did was tell me to call customer service. I told her she should call someone to cut off the rebar flush before someone gets hurt. They wont ever get my business. Update 12/28/23 the owner replied to this review. I went by their location and the rebar post are now flush. However neither the owner or Customer service has contacted me about the damage sustained to my vehicle due to their negligence. Update 02/19/24. The Maaco Franchisee responded to BBB & stated that my car is lower, but admits to rebar being high. I replied back that [as you can see in my photo, my bumper made plenty of clearance from parking block; I did not bottom out, it was their rebar] Driven Brands also took me reporting them to BBB to contact back. They refused to tell me franchise owners name, thus instead of simple small claims i will secure an attorney. Talk register of deeds, secretary of state, secretary of commerce.

They called back to add an $100 for a primer I knew nothing about, I was fine with it and when I picked up my parts they had defaced my front bumper and removed my emblem

They did a great job painting my entire crew cab Ford truck. The paint job is very good. I worked for a truck manufacturer and have inspected paint in the past. There is some orange peel visible, and a few of the defects in the previous paint show faintly. To a person walking past in a parking lot it would look like a new truck. I would have given 5 stars, but the job took 2.5 weeks when they told me “about a week”. As long as you aren’t in a hurry, you should be happy with their service. I will probably have them do more work for me in the near future.

Paint job - 8 out of 10. Price was a 10. Customer Service was a 10. Timing was a 10. Going the extra mile was a 10. The only things that made the paint job not a 9 or 10 was a slight tinge of orange peel and that I found some over spray on my hood (not a part that was fixed) later in the day that they should have spotted. I’m certain I could have returned and got that taken care of but I was already 80 miles away so I used a little acetone on a cloth rag and it came right off. I was overall satisfied with the experience.

Recently had my 2005 Ford expedition done. Turned out great, Charlie at front desk was very easy to work with. Good Customer service is hard to find these days but it's no problem here! I appreciate it!
