If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. My car was held hostage for several weeks longer than estimated and the communication was incredibly poor. You can't even reach anyone in the body shop to really learn what's causing the delays. All said and done, I finally made 40-50 phone calls to get estimates, arrange for drop off and then finally figure out when the work was complete. A nightmare. Do not bring your car here.

Perfect for EV owners. My electric car was successfully fixed by them. Shops that are informed about EVs are hard to come by, but these guys are specialists.

*UPDATE* - I post that this is a scam business because they PRETENDED to be affiliated with our insurance and they were not. They also stated that they were *INSTRUCTED* by our insurance to tow and evaluate our vehicle and that was also not true. If I could post zero stars, I would. My husband was in an accident that totaled his truck on 1/15. Our truck was towed to a towing and storage lot in Marysville. Our insurance wanted the truck towed to a facility for repairs that they partner with. We were waiting on the official information on moving the vehicle when this business reached out to us. They specifically stated to my husband that they had been contacted by our insurance ( and they dropped the name of our insurance). They told my husband that our insurance wanted them to tow the vehicle to their facility to have it evaluated for repair. We signed the paperwork they sent over on the basis that they were affiliated and working on behalf of our insurance. What has transpired after they towed our truck has been a fiasco from start to finish. From disjointed communication from their low level representatives, to their supervisors. They have delayed in communications with our insurance and have continued to rack up astronomical fees on a daily basis. Almost 1-2000 dollars a day, for storage. This business is a scam business from top to bottom. My insurance adjuster and I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and the better business bureau so that this never happens to another family again. It’s an insanely low level to take advantage of people who are already at a low point dealing with a car accident and total loss of a vehicle.

M work was fantastic to work with. Jay has always been a super understanding and helpful dude and made the process of dealing with insurance muck ups super easy. The car looks way better than when i brought it in, even before the work was needed. Heavily recommend them for their service, especially Jay’s customer service.

M Works did a great job repairing my Tesla after someone backed up into me- not only was the quality of their work excellent, but they keep open and constant communication with me throughout the entire process which definitely helps alleviate the amount of stress when trying to get a car repaired. They fought the insurance hard on my behalf to get brand new parts, and when they couldn't get approval, they found an alternative solution for me that didn't cost me anything. Special thanks to Jibreel and Kathleen who took care of the whole process for me. I highly recommend!

Professional work! It was also very kind that they tried to lower costs by using after market parts because I didn't have a collision coverage. It could have been nicer if they clarified that I cannot get my car back until I finish paying when they offered me a financing plan.

I worked with Jay and the crew at m works after getting into an accident, and they were nothing but kind and helpful the entire process! I’ve never been so satisfied with a car repair shop, even with news that my car was totaled. They went above and beyond to make sure I had all the tools and information I needed to move forward with insurance etc.

Ended up finding some issues with the repairs done on my car from a couple years ago, but when I went back CJ was very helpful when getting my issues resolved. The customer service and communication has definitely improved since I’d last been there last, which I really appreciated.

I got a dent on my door and I didn’t know what happened, I searched bodyshop for an estimate and this one is close to where I live. I stopped by yesterday, the estimator was pretty honest about it cuz the dent is not that bad. He then referred me to another dent shop right across the street and my car got fixed right away. I appreciated their honesty and help along the issue. I got a call from m work checking if my car got fixed or not.🤓Anyway, good experience thought to share with everyone.

I had body work done to right side of my Chevy Cruze to repair dented door and fender. The wok was excellent. Car had been thoroughly cleaned and buffed. I could not distinguish any difference in paint color from original to repair areas. Crew also meticulously cleaned the car interior. An employee named Charles was extremely helpful and accommodating.

M work collision did a great job on my bumper. I was re-ended and didn’t know where to start. I found them online and brought my car in to get a quote. I was going to try a couple of other places, but felt comfortable with them from the moment I walked in. While my car was in the shop, they help me fight with the insurance to get my vehicle fixed properly. I didn’t have to worry about what was going on, as they always kept me informed. A+ on communication! They made sure I had what I need and explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot for not knowing cars all that well. I would definitely recommend stopping in and at least getting a quote from them. Check them out for yourself.

Went to m work recently to go get my car fix and have to say that they have the best customer Jay was helping me through everything and the job came out amazing it look like the car was never it a crash and they also have a good turn around time if .I would 100 percent recommend this shop to anyone that look for one .just go in and take to Jay he will take good care of you.

My car got hit on freeway and 2 left doors are broken. They are really nice ppl, take care of my car and deal with insurance agent. Jay is a very good guy, very responsible. Would recommend this store to my friends.
