I had a battery issue with my car and MMM was quick to respond to my inquiry on a Saturday morning. The same day, Ricardo came out to review my car at home, diagnose the situation, and get everything fixed. I appreciate that he was fast, organized, and answered any questions that I had. Saved me the time and effort of towing my car to a repair place and potentially having to wait the weekend to get my car fixed and returned to me. Thank you so much!

100/100 Amazing service and highly recommend! My car window got broken into and he was able to get it fixed very seamlessly! I was able to get same day service once the window part arrived. There was a lot of shattered glass stuck in the door but he was able to clean it all up with no issue as well. Great communication from Ricardo and very reasonable pricing 🙂🙂

Great experience! Called in late Saturday night and had someone here by Sunday morning. The mechanic drove to me and checked and examined everything, he checked the current issue i was having with my car and he also examined a previous repair I had recently gotten done at another shop to make sure it was done correctly (it wasn't). He fixed the previous mechanics work along with what needed to be fixed for the current issue i was having. Explained everything to me thoroughly, didn't make me pay for or purchase any unnecessary parts, showed receipt of the total price of parts for transparency, and my car was fixed within a few hours! Pricing was very fair, my car is fixed, and the service was great, will be a returning customer and 10/10 recommend!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for MMM Mobile Maintenance person. He recently replaced my starter,which had failed on Wed,and had it fixed quickly on Thursday. I previously had him repair my alternator,and I was equally impressed with his work then. He is highly skilled and provides excellent service. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS. I can't recommend MMM enough! After a frustrating experience with AAA and another mechanic — both of whom spent less than 10 minutes looking at my car and gave me expensive (and incorrect) diagnoses (one saying I needed a new fuel pump and the other claiming I needed a brand-new ECU) — I trusted my gut and decided to get a third opinion. I found MMM online that morning, and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day! Usually, I get a lot of anxiety when dealing with mechanics because, as a woman, I’ve had experiences where it felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. But Kieran was completely different — so nice, friendly, and professional, and he never gave off those vibes. He took his time thoroughly checking my car, never rushing to conclusions or upselling unnecessary repairs. When we couldn’t figure out the 2nd issue after he discovered the 1st one was the engine immobilizer, he promised to come back the next day, and he did just that. After dedicating his time to researching the problem, he discovered that it was also a blown fuse that wasn’t very obvious. Not only did he save me from unnecessary and costly repairs, but his knowledge, dedication, and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free. I was so happy with his work that I have already recommended MMM to all my friends and family. Ricardo!!! He did an amazing job! EXCELLENT service, professional, patient, efficient and courteous. He walked me through the entire process of changing my vehicle's alternator and didn't try to persuade me into buying anything I didn't need. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Ricardo has great communication skills and answers questions with expertise. My car is riding like it's brand new! I've determined he is our new mechanic..forever! Had my serpentine belt shred off while driving down the highway, which left me stranded. I contacted several shops in the Arlington area but they either required a tow or they wouldn't be able to get to it for several days. When I contacted MMM, Ricardo was super responsive and was able to come out within a couple hours and I was back on the road 45 minutes after he arrived. He also took time to answer any questions and looked everything over recommending other services that should be addressed when possible, in a very helpful way, not trying to sell anything. You do pay for the service and convenience you get, and with MMM you get fast, quality, friendly service. MMM will be my first call next time I'm in need of a mobile mechanic. I use my car for work and the fact that I didn't have to lose days or pay for a tow, was more than worth it! I highly recommend!

I recently used Mobile Maintenance Mechanics to diagnose and fix a cooling issue with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. They charged $150 for a diagnostic, which was fair, and then an additional $700 for parts and labor to flush the radiator and install a new one. I was upfront about my concerns about the total cost, but the mechanic, Ricardo, explained everything clearly and broke down the pricing for both the diagnostic and the radiator service. In the end, I felt the price was very reasonable considering the convenience of having the work done at my home and the quality of the service. Most importantly, my Jeep is running great now! No more overheating, and I'm confident the cooling system is working properly. Overall, I'm very happy with Mobile Maintenance Mechanics. They were professional, efficient, and delivered a great value for the price.
