Solid service. Fast. Priced right. If you want old-fashioned honest and competent service, this is the place to go. Like an old-school doctor, they avoid the unnecessary repairs and stick to the basics. They also take the time talk to the customer about what can and can't be done. No frills. Their overhead is low, and they pass along the savings to their customers. I observed a small, but solid crew, so the accountability is high. They also back up their work. I couldn't be more pleased.

This company is not legit and did not complete my services. They took advantage of me as a woman. When I try to contact the company they won’t answer unless you text. The actual location is boarded up. The only reason I’m posting this is because I don’t want anyone else to be taken for their money.

Consistent great care for my vehicle. Honest guys that make great recommendations for what my car actually needs. Fair prices and always able to give good amats to my questions. Plus they do a little inspection and tip off fluids at each oil change. John is your guy!

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Look, I want to gush for a minute because finding a kind and honest mechanic is so rare. My kid got their first car and it was leaking oil a TON. The previous owners said they had taken it somewhere and there was a crack in the engine. We took it to another place and they said the entire oil pan needed to be replaced. We took it to John at M&M and they proved that it was just the oil plug. While others wanted to charge 1000s, John gave my kid a new oil plug and oil change for only $50. On top of that, he cleaned a spot in the garage, drove the car for a bit, and parked it over the weekend in the cleaned spot just to prove that it was fixed. Absolutely incredible. These guys just got customers for life. Huge huge thanks to John and the M and M team. Thank you so much for making my kids first car a reality!

I have been using M&M since moving to Phoenix 6 years ago and have always been treated fairly and with respect. John the owner is one of the good guys and always gets me in there quickly and the final bill is always fair and usually less then i expect. No hard sell or trying to sell me something I don't need. I have had my Subaru Forrester to the dealerr for a few recalls and since the recall repairs are free they always try to sell me somthing else ususually $500-1000. When I go back to John he usually says I don't need any of it right now. A great place and a good guy. Thanks John

im 17 and new to cars and i recently got my car for my graduation the catch was it was leaking oil i was so afraid it was going to cost me upward of 500 dollars because thats what all other places were telling me but john was able to get it done for a really good price. He was so kind and communicated amazingly.

I had taken my car to the dealership and they told me my brakes needed replaced. After inspecting, John called to let me know I had 5000 miles left on the front and the back brakes had 50%. I chose to have him replace the front brakes. The job was completed perfectly, and his honestly was truly refreshing. Price was exactly as quoted. M&M was recommended by a friend and I now will be happy to recommend M&M for any automotive work. Great job John!!! I since have continued having M&M do my maintenance, oil and filters, ac check and recharge and general safety checks. John is very accommodating with scheduling(please be as considerate as possible with notice) as his reputation brings him a lot of business! Continued highest recommendation!!

As a long time, loyal customer of a terrific local Toyota repair shop that recently scaled back to mobile-only, I was very worried I wouldn't be able to find anyone I liked and trusted as much. Fortunately for me, the owner referred me to M&M Automotive with his highest recommendation. Now that I've taken my car to M&M Automotive, I know that I've been doubly blessed with these two auto repair shops. John was very kind, straightforward, and easy to work with. I came in with a couple of specific requests and one very general one, and he went above and beyond to ensure it was all taken care of within the same day and for a very reasonable price. What more could I ask for? Not only that, but when I went in to drop off my car, I sat down to order up a Lyft, and as soon as I finished and looked up, the other customer who was sitting there could not wait to tell me what a great shop this was, that she was a longtime customer and that he was very honest and helpful and reasonably priced. The reviews online are also glowing. I will definitely be bringing my car back to John. Thank you so much!

M & M is a transparent and trustworthy mechanic shop. I have been coming to him for about a year and a half now. They always call with updates, and asks for permission before replacing expensive parts. He is reasonably priced and provides great customer service.

Called and asked for some quotes for a tune-up and told him the mileage and asked if it was necessary, the gentleman said tune up is not necessary at this time. Asked for regular maintenance and an oil change. Any other mechanic will just tell you yes to get more money out of you. I appreciate the honesty. I will give another review after the work is complete on the vehicle. Already impressed with their customer service.

John is always honest, fair and persistent in troubleshooting issues. I had a complex ABS issue that was displaying ABS error, the dealer and auto specialists were quoting high repair prices for this - John got the tricky issue figured out and solved 100% for fraction of what competitors wanted for it. Highly recommend!!!

M&M was an excellent recommendation from a colleague. They maintain & repair (when needed) wife's Jeep and our Ford Transit Van. They've even fixed parts rather than replace them at considerable savings. They don't sell me anything I don't need. My most recent service was a standard LOF with recommended air filter replacement. They inspected the air filter and told me that it was still clean and did not yet need replacement. They even straightened my dented exhaust pipe even though I had forgotten to mention it when I brought it in. And John & company have been quite pleasant in all my dealings with them. I'll see them again in 5000 miles ;-)
