I’ve been coming here for years, yes they get busy and you have to wait. Great job, wasn’t in a hurry for a change, they were super busy, dropped off my rims got new tires within a couple of hours. I use this shop exclusively, Bob and front service staff are great, this shop not only does tires but mechanical also.

I've used Lyle's several times but the most recent visit is above and beyond exceptional. I was told by the dealership I needed all new brakes and rotors on my truck and it would be close to $500. I took it to Lyle's and stated the work needed. After inspecting my truck, they called and said "Good news and good news: your brakes are great and don't need replaced. I can't take your money." The level of respect and honesty from their company is beyond any other place. I will continue to utilize them for everything from tires (which they did earlier this year) to service.

Hands down best spot to take your vehicle. I told them specifically what I wanted done (oil change) when I bring my car in they don’t ever try to talk you into other services like most places do. They are very kind and do great quality work! Thanks Lyles!

I recently purchased a used tire for an older vehicle of mine. After the install I drove home which is about 1 mile from the shop and that is where the vehicle has been ever since. I have not driven it anywhere else. About a couple weeks I noticed the tire was losing air. I pumped it back up and watched. After another few weeks it was going flat again. Looked like a very slow leak. Took it back to Lyles. They had it repaired in no time which is great. I asked what they found and got the reply, “I think it was a nail or something”. What is not great is that they charged me $25 for the repair. When I pointed out that the vehicle had only been driven 1 mile from when the tire was purchased to where the leak ensued, I was told “you could have picked up that nail on the way home”. If it actually was a nail (the report of this sounded more of speculation than direct knowledge) then yes, it is possible that I did pick it up on the way home. If I been regularly driving the vehicle then yes it would be reasonable to charge me for the repair. But, since I only drove it 1 mile from when the tire was installed, I would have given the customer the benefit of the doubt if the tables were turned. It's possible that the tire had the slow leak when it was installed. Between my wife and I we have several vehicles that we operate out of our home and I cannot recall the last time we snagged a nail. In the end it’s not about the money. $25, whatever. It’s the principle. I am also shopping for a set of 4 new tires for a truck I own, probably going to spend in excess of $1k. I will definitely not make that purchase from this shop.

Been a regular here for years, haven't gotten absolutely screwed like Tires Plus and Brakes Plus! Here and JDs are the spots, but JD doesn't answer! Lol. Gotten anything done from tires, brakes, and o2 sensors, at fair market prices comparatively. And I love the TV lol.
