If you have an accident either big or small repairs, this is the place to bring your vehicle. Can’t say enough about the way they treated us here. It was fantastic!! We are from Canada n was not familiar with any body shop in Miami but fortunately we found Luxury Custom shop on line & so happy we brought our vehicle to them. Benito & his brother Nelson & all there staff including their mother took amazing care of all our needs. Beautiful family business!! Our Lincoln Navigator looks like brand new in & out. Amazing job!! Would definitely recommend!! 👍🏼

My experience with Luxury Custom Garage was a very pleasant one. My man Nelson is the perfect example of how to run a business and how to put his customers first. From day one I knew my BMW 430i was in good hands. He constantly updated me on my vehicle and gave me assurance. The repair was quick and the work is absolutely astonishing. I cant say enough good things about LCG and the team from the quality to the customer service they provide, it is truly unmatched! As a woman having to deal with anything car related can be very stressful but Nelson walked me through everything and made it a very smooth and easy process. I can’t say enough great things about Nelson and his crew at Custom Luxury Garage. I had a front bumper issue, and from the moment I spoke with Nelson, who is the owner, I knew my car was in good hands. Within just four days, I got my vehicle back, and it was like nothing had ever happened. The office staff is super professional, and everyone in the yard is incredibly helpful and friendly. Nelson went above and beyond, and it’s clear he treats every customer with the same level of care and attention. This is hands down a 5-star shop—100,000%! I’m never going to another mechanic for the rest of my life. Highly recommend!

I chose this workshop for a respray and to repair some dents, largely because of their excellent 5-star reviews. While the final results were good in some respects, my experience fell short of the high expectations set by their ratings. The initial quote was far above my budget. The owner worked with me to bring the price down significantly, which I appreciated. Even though it was still slightly over what I could afford, I trusted their reputation and decided to proceed. The paint job was well done, and the dents were gone, but there were scratches on the rear window and a smaller scratch on the passenger window that weren’t there before. The workshop acknowledged the damage after reviewing the photos they had taken at drop-off. They tried to fix the scratches, but it only made things slightly worse. The owner assured me they would replace the rear window, but after waiting a couple of weeks with no contact, I sent him a follow-up message. Despite having exchanged messages with him before, I never got a reply. On the positive side, the staff was kind and attentive, and it’s clear they work on many high-end cars. However, the lack of follow-through and accountability for the damage left me disappointed. While the quality of the paint job was good, the overall experience didn’t live up to their stellar reputation. I suspect my experience might have been better if my car weren’t old and cheap.

I don’t know where to begin with review because I’m just an awe of the experience! I called last regarding my broken light that I’ve been driving around with for the past 2 years. I wasn’t to sure who I spoke with but they were so polite and if you have the light we can fix it we can order and put it in. I folded them that I had already ordered the lights and waiting for it to come in. The light came in finally on Saturday. Fast forward today I called and ask if I can come in and place the lights in my car. I spoke with Nelson who said come in and we will check it out. After work I ran over to the shop. As soon as I walked in to the parking lot I was greeted by Nelson, the owner. I showed the broken light on the car. He said park the car inside so we can get started on it. Sure enough he had Carlos technician who got started on it right away. Very nice gentleman.This was truly a divine appointment to come across this shop. Everyone there is super nice! Imagine I have an older Nissan Sentra 2017 car. They don’t look down on me or my car! They took care of my car like a luxury car! Mind you they work on luxury too of the line cars! He have you need any repairs on your car please do not be afraid to call them! I know where I’m sending my family moving forward! I live this place! THANKS SOOO MUCH NELSON! May God bless your company and bless every worker there! 😊🙏🏽🙏🏽 The picture is the broken light on the passenger and the finish job! I will no longer feel embarrassed driving with a broken light!
