Terrific communication from the team at Luxury Auto. I am grateful for how fast the work was completed and how honest the staff was. Friendly. No wait at check in just arrive and dropped the vehicle. Luxury Auto Works Austin’s vehicle service team is top notch. They are quick to get you in and repairs happen quickly with quality work. Service costs can be pricy but you get what you pay for and here it’s definitely worth it!

Service is good but repair for repeat issue expensive: Brought my car in several times for "Check Engine light" each time parts were replaced and they thought they found the root cause but check engine light returned. So far with this part replacement the Check engine light hasn't come on, so praying the root cause has been found this time. Wish there was a discount off repairs when you bring your vehicle back for the same issue.

I stopped by without an appointment, they accepted my car, I left with a loaner. I was promptly notified what repairs needed to be done, with video attached showing me the issues. The work was done quickly and professionally. We will continue to bring our vehicles to Luxury Auto.

Luxury Auto is the only facility that I will take my vehicles to for maintenance and repairs. I have used them for about 10 years and have never had any problems or complaints about their services. They show you what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. They are honest and do only the work you tell them to do. I trust them completely with my vehicles. I highly recommend them with no reservations.

Luxury Auto works did a great job helping me get my Audi S4 back up and running. Tom kept me updated with phone calls and even videos of the technicians working on my car! I had to trailer my car from San Angelo to their Austin location and it was definitely worth it👍 The car wash able to drive over 3 hours back home safely and runs great now.

Tom and the team did a great job of explaining the issue they found with the rear shocks, and replacing them. The best thing was they provided a loaner vehicle for 8 days, which typically costs me over $600 when I've had previous repairs to this vehicle. Thanks Tom, and thanks for letting my 4 yr old son get a closer look at the brand new Porsche Carrera, and the Lamborghini- he loved it!

Hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at a car shop! From my initial conversation with Tom all the way down to Roy fighting with my warranty company on my behalf without me even asking. These guys are the real deal. They spotted a few things for me on my GLE 350 that they are fully resolving, as well getting my new tires and rims installed and balanced. Their professionalism has earned them my business from here on. This is a great team, and I highly recommend it!

I bought a Land Rover from Covert and had it less than a week and the air suspension went out.I took it to Luxury Auto and Tom helped through the whole thing. When he did an inspection of my vehicle they found over 4 thousand dollars worth of damage. Tom got on the phone and spoke on my behalf to covert to try to get them to assist in covering the damage that was clearly there before I had bought the vehicle. When Scott from covert said "he bought it as is so tell him it is what it is' Tom worked with me and gave me not only a courtesy car while they fixed the damage but also gave me a huge discount and had my vehicle back the next day all fixed and washed up for me! Also he is working on helping me get a warranty on my vehicle. I am so thankful to Luxury Auto that I will no longer take any of my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you Tom and everyone at Luxury Auto! Chris was incredibly patient and kept the entire process moving smoothly, even when a few technical hiccups popped up along the way. In multiple attempts to resurrect my 1992 Lexus SC400 that had been setting for 10-years, I was repeatedly told by Lexus “specialists” that they did not work on them because parts were unavailable. Just before pulling the RIP cord and send it to junkyard hell I fortunately found Luxury Auto Works (LAW). In less than 2-weeks, I am on the road again! By admission they are not the cheapest shop in town, nor should they be. As an engineer I appreciate the increasing complexity of automotive technology. The restoration of vintage cars is no easy feat and I’m relieved to have found LAW. I will continue working with them on the expected, and unexpected, repairs for a daily-driver. LAW’s pristine workshop and professionalism eases the stress of owning an exotic car. So if you have a unique car needing special attention, I recommend contacting the LAW.

My husband and I bought a vehicle from covert and in less than a week we had many mechanical problems so we took the vehicle to Tom at luxury auto. The damage was from before I purchased the vehicle.Tom was very professional and contacted covert for us to see if they would be willing to assist with the 4 thousand+ bill. Based on the reply we received from Scott @ Covert I will never buy a vehicle from covert again and will always take my vehicle to luxury auto. Tom gave us a courtesy vehicle while ours was being repaired..he answered all my questions and their team inspected the vehicle and repaired everything that was wrong with it and returned my vehicle in pristine condition the very next day. I was very impressed and felt they were knowledgeable in luxury vehicles and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Thank you Tom and your team at luxury auto. Save yourself a hassle and some money. Don't buy your vehicles from Covert. Buy them from Luxury Auto Amber C.

We literally bought a car from here not even up to 2 weeks and the car start having AC and battery issues, we brought the car back and they stated they can not do anything about it because the car was sold AS-IS without warranty. The manager or whosoever came to address the situation without any remorse. How will you buy a car that is almost $40,000 with battery issue and AC within two weeks and they can’t fix it? Y’all wrong for that. I guess y’all are full of not expecting customers positive customer feedback. People or companies who cares about customer to customer referrals will do anything and everything to keep their business. But well, lesson learnt. Luxury Auto ( 👎 NOPE 🙂‍↔️).

I just bought my 1986 Mercedes-Benz dream car from Chris, one of the salesmen. Chris was excellent with me, very patient and understanding. He introduced me and my boyfriend to Thomas, the owner, who was also very kind and showed us around and very thorough and helping me with my Mercedes. And Tom, one of the mechanics, also showed me all the particulars of my Mercedes and gave me some careful hints about taking good care of it. The owner, Thomas, was also very sure to put some touchups on my vehicle and being very good about explaining what they did and how the previous owner took such good care of it. I was so impressed (along with my boyfriend) about this beautiful dealership. I would recommend it to anybody who is in the market for a very classy car! Lyla B.

My car is currently at Luxury Body Works for repairs. Meanwhile, my state inspection snuck up on me and was coming due. Thankfully, Luxury Auto Works and Luxury Body Shop were able to coordinate and complete the inspection for me. This yearly task can be a real hassle, so I appreciate their collaboration in making this task smoother for me.

Tom and Roy are very helpful and professional great guys. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and does a great job on any vehicle. Tom is my new favorite person in the world. These guys are so helpful and good at their job u just want to clone them. They took super good care of Moms smartcar when it went nuts. Ive never had such an amazing experience with a repair shop. Even if you have a chevy these guys know what they are doing!!! Love these guys!!!

Was looking to sell my car called verified that they bought was asked to come in came in the next day the manager was not there said would be back probably around 1:30 or 2:00 no problem left my number waited never received a call called up there to following day was told yes to come in to manager was there to look at the car what drove up there and unfortunately told to come back tomorrow again to see if I wanted to speak with the owner and a general manager to give me a value on my car would not do service with them having to come back 3 days in a row and communication was horrible. Chris would seem like he didn't care was on his phone.
